A good chair for reading and easy access for a real paper newspaper. I have no other complaints!

I have stayed here many times. (It is near one of my areas of past employment.) I love this entire area and this particular location is my personal favorite. My lower rating concerning safety is mostly due to my age, 73. There are simply creeps everywhere now days and any place of beauty, like Mount Shasta, seems to attract the weirdo’s and creeps. The folks that work at this location are wonderful. I’ll be coming back.

The cleanliness overall was good, but the bathroom could have used a bit more attention.

We were quite late checking in because we were driving from Vancouver WA and got a late start from there. Plus the pouring down rain and fog. Jason was kind and helpful.

I picked this day as I ride motorcycles and it totally fit my needs for that activity, also came with a nice restaurant next-door and a friendly small town overall made for a nice stay and a good day.

Great place to stay when passing through. We have stayed here a couple of times and found it to be clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great for a quick meal.

The ice in the ice machine was pretty much a frozen block that you had to chip at with the metal scoop. Considering that it was late February and that the overnight temperatures were in the low teens it's understandable. No curry or Indian food on the menu...the smell of curry from by the office was wonderful and could be shared.

The room was comfortable, the bed excellent and the shower decent. The staff, new owners since I last stayed 1-1/2 years ago, was very welcoming and helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was good and plentiful, good value for the price.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant is on site and delicious. We could park right in front of our room. I didn't need a credit card for a deposit, I just paid cash and it was easy. Love the retro (probably original) neon sign.

The wall unit for AC/heat was difficult to regulate a consistent temperature in the room. It’s either hot or cold, no in between. The shower showed it’s age and the soap dispensers in the shower did not work properly.

Check in was a breeze. Comfortable bed, spacious room, and easy access of the freeway. I like the café that was adjacent to the motel at the same property. Depending on where your room is located, do you get a view of Shasta out your window.

It was difficult to get on the busy highway in front of the hotel when I was ready to leave the next morning and continue my road trip. However, I was able to locate an alternate exit from the property near their RV park which took me to a signal light at the highway allowing safe & easy access to the highway.

I liked that the hotel was on the main travel route I used. I also appreciated their cafe right next door the hotel which is rare these days. The cafe had excellent food and service!

Location is right on the Main Street and was a bit noisy with large diesel trucks and such. Weed is a small town and there really isn’t much to do. The local “Dollar” store which is right around the corner was LOADED with merchandise. Unfortunately the aisles were packed with crates of merchandise which had not been put away so it was impossible to shop….and it’s obviously trying to fill a need in a small town with limited choices for shopping. Limited staff and broken self check-out added to the confusion. They are trying but definitely need help!

Price was decent for an older Motel. The room was a little “tired” but definitely clean. Mattress was comfortable and I slept just fine. I had lunch and dinner in the Cafe’. The food was good and the staff was fantastic. I would have liked more choices for dinner but definitely enjoyed everything.
