I didn't like that it was only 1 elevator working, so every wait for the elevator was literally 10/15 minutes wait. If our room wasn't up so high, we definitely would've taken the stairs. So hopefully, by now, especially, they got them all up and running

The hotel itself was absolutely amazing. I love the location and all the amenities so close by, I love the bars they had out by the pools and beach area(For me). This was a great vacation bday trip, and the Gentleman that checked us in upgraded our rooms so that made it even better, I really thank y'all for having the best memories made for my son 13th bday trip

Absolutely hate parking across the street half a block away. Hotel is too big for me, I prefer smaller more intimate hotels. Ice machine was broken on our floor. Kept having to go up or down 2 floors for ice.

Very good central beach location. Room was on the 11th floor, good view of the walkable pier. Nice pool area. Lots of restaurant choices.

Some spots need to get the mold out. Like the air vent in the room needed to be clean. Part of the one wall outside needed to be bleach to get the mold out.

The parking fee. The parking fee should be included in the hotel cost

I liked everything except for the fact that parking was not included. And I was not told that I had to pay $75 incident fee at the hotel and $40 parking.

Very very large hotel. It should be giving a map. The front desk gave the directions as we were in the north tower. So much further and we went up the tower. Took forever to call the front desk thinking we got the number. It was a really bad time starting off. I am a bit handicapped All the extra walking and nonsense really caused me pain. Not a great beginning. Front desk not too personalable. Also, the event is in a very bad position for you don't get a benefit from the.

Let carrion, beach front, good restaurants inside. Great breakfast with omelette bar.

Very expensive! I paid for hotel in advance but they added a resort fee and 40 dollars a day for parking ! Ridiculously high fees

For the whole hotel, there was 4 elevators, only 2 of them worked the first night we were there and on the second night, only 1 was working. We were on the 12th floor.

To pay for parking is ridiculous, too pay for breakfast is ridiculous, all the hidden charges are ridiculous. For the Hilton the room was below standards, didn't even have a microwave in the room. Beds were soggy abs sunken into. Terrible for the Hilton

The elevators are a major concern. 3 out of the four elevators were working. One of the 3 was very questionable. We wouldn’t use it after the first trip up. And a lot of the other guests wouldn’t use it either. The wait for the elevators was a joke. After 10 minutes we used the stairs. We were on the 10 th floor.

The rooms were fine. The workers outside getting cars in and out were great. The guys helping with getting bags were great. The desk help not so much. They were just rude and seemed tired of waiting on people.
