We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe arrived 15 minutes before check-in but had to wait 45 minutes for room to be ready. Pool area was a little small on the weekend (5 weddings with family and friends made it overcrowded and hard to get a lounge chair). Monday was nice and quiet for the time we were out there. Since just a two night staycay, was disappointed to find the restaurant not open on Sunday nights.
Breakfast good. Location good (as this was just a local "staycay" so didn't have to drive far to stay in a nice hotel.

During this tough time, I understand staffing is a big issue for many businesses. This hotel is clearly experiencing those same pains, however, their staff went above and beyond to ensure every guest had a positive experience. There were about three young women running the check in and guest services. My family went up to the pool area where there weren't any towels left. When I called to find out if we could get some towels, one of the women from the front desk came running right up with plenty of towels. I later saw her running other things to rooms in between checking in guests. All of this was done with a smile on her face. There were four staying in our room and we found only three towels. I called down to guest services to get another towel and the person on the other end explained they would be bringing one but due to how busy they were at the front desk it could take up to an hour. She explained it very respectfully, and I asked if I could just run down to get it myself and she said that was fine. When I went down, there were many guests checking in and it was clearly very busy. The nice part is everyone seemed content and like they were being helped. This speaks to the caliber of employees at this location.

Everything! Our stay was nice even though it was only for one night. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and nice decor in the room. I really like the look of the room very stylish. We stayed on the 7th floor so our view was awesome! I only gave 9 stars out of 10 because there wasn’t a microwave in our room, you have to go to the lobby to use the microwave. But don’t let that be a deal breaker lol.

United StatesThe only complaints for the room we stayed in (429)- the door to the bathroom did not close completely and the lock was broken. Also, only two towels were provided in the bathroom and we were a family of 4. I’m sure if we asked for more towels, they would have gladly provided them.
The property was beautiful inside and out. Very upscale. The room was very clean and inviting. The beds were comfortable.

United StatesNo microwave in room, and bathroom dispensers were empty of lotion and shower gel. Breakfast was paid for and not free! The waffles were rubbery and no good, grits too salty. The scrambled eggs and bacon were better, and pastries good.

United StatesThe conditioner bottle was completely out when we got there, but because it was located inside the shower stall we did not realize this until after I got into the shower. I sent my husband down in hopes to grab one quickly from the front desk but they said the staff would send someone up with one. I had to get out after starting and wait 15 min or so for the staff to bring us up another one. It's just not fun to have to start a shower, pause, get out and wait soaking wet until they bring you something. We also only received 2 towels for 2 people for the stay. Hotels have the ability to fully stock rooms and have the staff and/or means to have a laundry service so most guests expect the rooms to be well stocked- not the bare minimum. We run vacation rentals for a living and have to clean/stock 3+ bedroom/bath homes so a hotel room is absolutely expected to have the common amenities always stocked well since there is not much to check off the list in a 300 sq foot hotel room. We were also disappointed there was no free waters or wifi for the rooms unless you paid more for Hilton Honors which in this day and age waters and wifi should be standard amenities for any short term/vacation rental especially hotels. You also cannot coordinate a late checkout until 8am the morning of which makes it hard to coordinate the rest of your day in advance. We typically opt for a hotel since it is just 2 of us but unfortunately the amenities just were not up to par for the amount of money spent on this hotel compared to others we've stayed at.
Staff was very accommodating. We requested a few items be sent to our room and they took care of it pretty quickly. The hotel was beautiful on the inside and very clean. Great bar and restaurant on site for making meals much easier during your stay.

United StatesThe beds were too hard for my tastes so it was difficult to sleep, and there were children everywhere making a lot of racket. While the breakfast did taste good and was laid out well, I ended up getting stomach pain and bathroom issues later in the day because of it, might skip the breakfast next time I'm there.
The breakfast was ok, it was what you would expect for a buffet style breakfast. They did have the yogurt I like. The room was immaculate, the shower was perfect. I am considering doing the same thing to my bathroom at home.
