Parking was $12 a day but it wasn’t mentioned. The amount we booked the room for and what we paid at reception was different. I guess it’s tax etc but it wasn’t explained to us. Of course it’s to be expected but it’s better to communicate clearly. WiFi is not free, you have to sign up to be a Hilton Honors member (which is free). Furthermore, I could hear my upstairs neighbours very clearly and the Hilton uses very cheap toilet paper (personal preference).

The common rooms are very nice and the room was spacious. The bathroom was nice. They provide gated parking. Friendly staff. They ensure safety measures so not anyone can walk into the building.

We stayed here primarily for proximity to airport but the airport shuttle is unreliable: it doesn’t operate at all hours and is shared with another property so you need to budget a solid 35min to use. We ended up having to pay for ride shares each time we had to go to airport which was annoying.

Rooms were comfy, lobby is well appointed, spacious and clean, hotel location near airport and food options. Our check-in in the wee hours was smooth and easy.

I got the room for my daughters and a friend for the Comic Con. Rooms were excellent as well as security was very good. Wish the city security was half as good for the convention

Hotel was very modern and clean. Breakfast was very good, as was dinner. Staff were very also very pleasant, and secure on site parking for $8 a day was unbelievable compared to what we have paid in other hotels during our trip.

The location can be a pro or con depending on your perspective. The hotel is downtown and close to many things. The con is that there were lots of transient people around, very few close places to eat, and everything has bars, cameras, and other deterrents to keep vandalism and theft at bay.

A good, clean facility that appears to be well taken care of. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed 5 days and we had to ask to have our room cleaned daily (make bed and fresh towels) - on the 4th day they will do a better cleaning. It is not as if we got a break on the room rates for more than one night.

requested walkin our room did not have one but the seat to put into the tub was difficult to use at first have a maintance person or other assist you in installing the seat since it slipped on me and bruised my knee also the handheld shower did not work the shades were difficult to raise or lower

The hotel was very clean and that is what I look for! Comfy beds and room was big. The staff was very friendly! The only thing was the hotel was also with home wood suites. It was not communicated well that it was 2 different hotel depending on what floor. If you had a room with home wood you got free breakfast if you were Hilton you did not. Otherwise I would definitely go back!

The parking is horrendous. And the bar to open the shower fell off when I was in the bathroom. The quality seems low.
