Great location quiet neighborhood

Our flight came in early like 8am so we called the hotel if we could have a courtesy early check in the nice lady said she would call us back around 11am after picking up the car rental and stop to have breakfast. She called us 11.15 and said we could check-in now we we're so grateful since we been traveling for 9 hours me my daughter and my 10 years old son Check-in was great. The receptionist Tia Very professional friendly and kind. She make sure we were comfortable. The room was clean everything was good and checkout was great. Tia hope we visit soon again. And we definitely will and also recommend to others Thank to the Hilton staff.

One of the beds in our room was only a mattress with no box springs. Not enough towels for the number of people in room. Rather dirty. Just felt very old and run down. Needs some renovating.

Didn’t meet my expectations for a Hilton hotel. Overall appearance was somewhat outdated and bland.

For the price, the room should have been a bit cleaner. Coffee splash marks on wall and the bathroom was a bit dated. The restaurant food was disappointingly bad. I saved a salad for leftovers and it froze in the fridge. All in all I felt I wasted $60 on two sad appetizers and a salad.

Staff was very friendly. Music was nice Lobby was welcoming. Room was comfy but could have been cleaner.

This was supposed to be a non smoking room, the room I got had a smell of smoke in it. The front desk staff was just about ok, in terms of helpfulness.

Room not made up. No clean towels provided. Asked for extra pillows when booked. None provided. When asked again, we were provided with just one, the reason being there were no more available. Insufficient Keurig coffee in room and when asked for more only light roast available. No tea provided although advertised.

I lift so e clothes in room. When I called a few hours after checking out the hotel said no clothes were recovered. Which means house keeping throw them away ....also I stayed 3 nights. House keeping did not clean or refresh or restock my room the entire time of my stay. Unacceptable.

Walked into a 66 degree room, both rooms dated, tub faucet falling off, rusted tub, fridge leaked water all over floor by morning.

I really don’t travel often…. But when I do I use Hilton exclusively…this was the first time I was disappointed with my room and service. My room lacked refill of shampoo and body wash. When pressed on wash it actually fell into tub, the following problem was that I wasn’t able to drain water from tub….no matter what I did it wouldn’t drain w/o me holding it.BUT my major concern was when the shift change happened….she didn’t communicate with the team member about the problem I had w/booking.com- which I was unaware that I booked it thru that !!(team member that had the morning shift was very sympathetic and provided me with a partial refund. I will be continuing my exclusive stays at Hilton because of the morning shift team member. I apologize I didn’t get any names but I was trying to resolve basically by myself. I apologize that I missed breakfast( staff unwilling to give me a little help the night before)but it’s usually excellent. I like the fact that I sleep well at Hilton hotels.
