This is our go to hotel when visiting the area. The welcoming space is delightful from the fresh lemon water to the comfortable airy seating areas. The 'little store' has everything you could want for an overnight stay. From breakfast to lunch, snacks, frozen dinners, wine and cocktails are available . There is also a restaurant and a bar. The pool and hot tub for relaxing is appreciated. Photos are of the little touches.

I can't think of anything I didn't like, the staff here is nice and very helpful. I have become a familiar face here, they always recognize me and welcome me back.

I love that the hotel has a convenient location, close to Target, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and Shop Rite. I also love the wooded area and walking trail around the hotel. I am here working temporarily and I stay here every chance I can. Staying here helps me when I am homesick, I feel like I am closer to home.

Bed linens, towels, shower and amenities were above expectations. I felt comfortable as the room and hotel were clean and fresh. Staff was very kind and helpful. It was my first stay at a Hilton Garden Inn and I will look for them in future for travel and pleasure. Thank you!

It took me almost an hour to check in because they had no reservation from Booking. Com .The front desk called Booking. com which they finally got through.

The pool was very small and looked like a motel pool... the wrong information that I had when check-in, I paid for breakfast and specifically asked to pay for my child's breakfast and front desk told me that children under 12 do not pay for it and she gave me the breakfast voucher. My child was 11 years old. The next day, when at breakfast, the staff in charge of the kitchen asked for the vouchers, which I gave and asked me for the voucher of the child. I explained to her that I was told that children under 12 do not pay, but she proceeded to tell me that it is not true and that I misunderstood the front desk, which was very offensive as she had a bad attitude and also mention every thing that my child ate. The person in charge was the tall woman, spanish, she needed to have more customer service training. On the other hand, there was this spanish short lady there that I would put her as the star of the kitchen her name, I believe, is Rosa. She was amazing and made sure we were comfortable and happy with the breakfast. Very attentive, educated, and with an amazing attitude. The roles over there should be flip, and Rosa should be me person in charge.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as I'd like, but that's my only complaint lol.

The staff was wonderful, every single person I spoke to was very nice and helpful. I didn't get a chance to use the pool but it was nice. Breakfast was good.

The A/C in my room (room 236) made a loud vibrating noise. I kept waking up every time it kicked on. I did not complain that night - was too tired to switch my room but I let the staff know the next day.

Everything was spotless. As usual the staff was friendly and attentive.

All 4 pillows were poor. Very soft. It was filled with a down type material but there was not enough of it. Resulting in a “hole” forming in the center. My husband slept very poorly as a result of the pillows. I also did not care for the soap,shampoo and conditioner dispensers. I like having the small individual bottles better. Unless they are regular inspected, it leaves it open to someone (deranged) adding in a foreign substance.

This hotel hits all the top marks! Great welcoming space, great cafe/bar/breakfast (not free but fantastic and friendly). Spacious king room and sparkling modern bathroom.
