Sometimes wi-fi was querky and we had a little trouble with digital key!

Booked initially because of location, but found that property is beautiful and clean and the staff are very friendly! Outdoor patio was beautifully designed, including the fire pit, and we enjoyed sitting outside! Hilton app provided for digital check-in and key upon arrival, communication with management, and auto check-out. Everything was nice and easy!

The breakfast was a let down we were there 4 day's. The breakfast was the same every day. We were hoping for a little change of eggs or a but more option's.

It was so nice loved that we could do our own laundry. Nice and clean room was nice and big. Loved that I could upgrade.

Very poor house keeping, not clean at all, the house keeping workers does a vet bad job in cleaning and they are very rude and Language poor too. The hotel itself is not conducive at all. Not resting quite, peaceful environment to relax besides the rooms and the rooms are not clean nor comfortable for relaxing…does not worth the price at all

The staff for sure. They were so rude and they wouldn’t even look at you when talking to you. I am big when it comes to customer service so i wouldn’t be staying there again.

A member of the dinning room staff during the breakfast buffet seemed disgruntled that we had a breakfast ticket and kept requesting our room number over and over again, which made the breakfast experience a bit uncomfortable.

Parking was very convenient and affordable for the area - rooms are spacious and everything was clean. Front desk associates were very helpful throughout the stay. They also made extending the stay by an additional night very easy.

ASKED FOR EXTRA TOWELS AND DIDN'T RECIEVE THEM OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS OKAY.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was shampoo and conditioner available in the bathrooms. The location was a plus.

My family and I were very unsatisfied with our stay there. It was very concerning that we had no warning from staff or even that the floor we were staying was not rendered unsuitable for passage for guest while the situation that was taking place was accessed and resolved. When my family and I got back from dinner we were met with a woman trying to commit suicide/ jump out the window next to our room in hallway. She then collapsed on the floor yelling and crying. We literally had to step over her to get to our room. My two children were terrified. Staff was there and did not even acknowledge us or try to apologize for what was taking place. There were police and paramedics out in the hall for at least an hour. I feel we should have at least been warned of the situation and given the option to wait in lobby until the floor was cleared or offered another room. Staff just acted like nothing happened. That is very disturbing to me the lack of professionalism handling this situation baffled me.

I was placed next to a room with grown men, that were loud and crude. they were talking about inappropriate topics that scared me. I didnt sleep well as I felt like i had to keep on my toes as i was traveling with two young woman. Was not pleasant.
