    Room smelt like smoke, bathroom subpar, smoke detector not there just wires sticking out.

    For the price there are better hotels. Not better chains but actual buildings and facilities

    The freaking hot tub was broken even though I called ahead to make sure it was functioning.

    The damn hot tub was broken. I should have booked the nicer hotel next door that didn’t have a hot tub. I even called ahead to make sure it worked and I was told it did.

    It was an over priced motel 6. Front entrance was very nice looking. Rooms did not match front entrance. Average room. TERRIBLE PILLOWS AND BED. Very uncomfortable. Limited supplies in room. Breakfast was NOT INCLUDED. And was $12??? You could get that cheaper at ihop or Denny’s and it would be MUCH BETTER. This place was a complete ripoff and a scam. They TRICK YOU WITH THERE BRAND “Hilton”. I will not be staying here again. I’ll pay %30 less and stay at a motel 6, etc.

    They switched my room reservation to Standard due to Booking.com mis represented that I could book the same room from a previous September travel.

    When booking the room I booked a king and I was placed in two queen size that was very disappointing and we could not sleep very well I do not like being that high up on the fifth floor

    The fact that got changed twice for breakfast one 11 65 I think another charge 13 for what ever reason that was a charge for and wasn’t told about it at the time I was there eating breakfast I could have been told me they charged extra didn’t mean to but didn’t I had to find out when I looked at my statement when I got home plus I thought breakfast was free that’s what it said when I booked it

    The staff wasn't very friendly at check in . The room was not as clean as I would of liked I saw hair in the bathroom . Beds and pillows were not soft very cheap for a Hilton.

    For $150 you would think that breakfast would be included but it was extra. There was only one tiny sized bar of soap in the bathroom barely adequate for one shower. And I couldn’t figure out the heating / cooling system. Only one pod of regular coffee, but there was also hot chocolate, decaf and tea so that was a plus if you wanted that.

    The mattress was decent and the room and bathroom were very clean

    The fact that there is not a tip jar available to show appreciation for the restaurant employees. I asked for an additional pillow, but the employee couldn't access one after 10p.

    The breakfast was great and the young lady(with short colored hair) always offered a greeting with a smile. I value attention to detail and she has it and I may be wrong but I think she likes her job- at least that's the vibe she gave us the 3 days we were there. I appreciated the cook preparing our vegetarian omelets. There were always perfect. That gave our experience personal touches. Also, we enjoyed the honey-glazed salmon over rice pilaf with veggies as a dinner option. Oh my, that was so good. The atmosphere was enticing and the property (inside and out) was clean and well kept. The upgrades look good, really good-very modern. Everyone was so attentive and gave great service.

    Horrible the burners wen out for breakfast and they heated our food in the microwave and on Saturday and Sunday. We were moved around 4xs. The room requested was occupied the whole time we were waiting.I had a pillow in my room with makeup. No in the room trash can. No clock. No tea filters From the machine.

    the bed wasn’t so comfortable and we had to ask for another room. the first room’s door wouldn’t close properly.

    the location was great, Porsha the front desk assistant was sweet and kind.

    The actual price of room had to pay extra $50 once I got there and was told it would be given back to me and was not
