I wish the shower had grips in the tub. Possible slip and fall hazard if you don't bring shower shoes.

Close to Miramar Beach . Some beaches in walking distance or short driving distance . Same with restaurants. Great location close to the outlet mall. Very good hotel restaurant and bar.

As it pertains to my room, I booked a double and one of the beds in the room seemed so loud as if it was broken. Every turn or shift on the bed, it starts screaming at you.

The property was so convenient to stores, restaurants, beaches, and the local shops. Access to the property was nice too.

There's a shuttle to their private beach but it had no access to bathrooms, showers to get sand off, or any type of food while there. Other than that it was a great stay!

Loved the staff. They were super helpful as my partner got a random stomach bug as we landed. They directed me to all the places we would need nearby. They have a private beach but it wasn't as good as just going up the road near whales tail. The food at the hotel is actually really good. So if the places around you are closed .. no worries.

I didn’t like the fact that our bed squeaked every time we got in it even if we were just sitting down on it. Other than this everything else was perfect.

I loved everything about the property. It was in the best location ever: near the outlet, restaurants, and the beach was walking distance. I loved it.

Have to walk 5 minutes to the beach across the street.My sister can not walk that far. However we were able to use their complimentary transport and the staffs are helpful.

Sad breakfast is an additional cost, considering the basic options that are not much higher quality or more variety than a Waffle House or a Bob Evans, in my opinion. One side entrance says it requires a key card to enter, but it was able to be opened without using one throughout my entire stay.

All the staff was very nice and helpful. The free golf cart shuttle service to the beach was convenient. Breakfast tasted fine. Free doggy bags outside for easy cleanup of my dog’s bathroom breaks. Very good location. Hotel is close to some very good restaurants!! Beds are soft and comfortable.

We stayed for 3 nights, they didnt have enough towels for our family when we asked, they were out of towels. No room service during our stay. No free breakfast. Dirty carpet, had to wear socks. Every morning dirty towels were on the floor in the hallway.

Easy access to beach and outlets. Free parking. Microwave and small fridge was a plus.

Although the bar/restaurant was convenient, we only ate breakfast and food was mediocre and service was slow due to shortage of staff.

We liked the spacious room, and proximity to the beach.

the first night there was a barking dog next door and we couldn’t sleep for hours. There were a couple other issues with the room. The staff was helpful, they tried calling the owners to let them know they can’t leave their pets alone. The supervisor was very concerned about us and felt bad for our toddler who couldn’t fall asleep. She ended up giving us a 75% refund for the night.
