Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The property is clean. Eric was friendly at the reception. Lots of fast food around the property and a nice shopping center just a few blocks away. The property also have a lot of parking slots available.

United StatesLoud guests at all hours made it difficult to get rest. I was woken up at 3:30am by a group of cackling women in the hallway, it sounded like they were drunk and doing something weird in the hall. Then at about 7:30am the room above me began what sounded like 5 people stomping and running around the room. Also when I arrived late at night there seemed to be some sketchy people in the parking lot and then the elevator was filled with the smell of weed smoke.
Easy location and lots of restaurants nearby. Room had everything I needed. Front desk woman was very helpful.

Fan did not work. the second night it kept turning on and made noise . the one on the wall was on and tried turning off did not change it said on all the time . the one on wall said off so in other words it did not work .

United StatesLOUD Music until like midnight. I was not feeling well already and just needed to get to sleep early had to work early long shift following day. That didn’t happen. Called 3 xs noise complaint. I complained again when checking out in the morning where the woman said I only called one time (why would I lie) I couldn’t remember the name of the person I spoke with. She said I had to go thru booking. Omg. I will never stay here. Ever again
Person who checked me in was very nice. Initial Room had neighbors that were celebrating with a wedding going on and loud. She changed my room no question.

United StatesI paid extra for breakfast and made the booking with the breakfast, which was not available as promised. During check-in confirmed breakfast is available until 10.30 am which I paid extra to have. However, when I went down for breakfast at 10 am and they told me I can not have the breakfast because the booking.com was not up to date, they said they need $90 more because it is special holiday food. So I was there on time, the food was there on time, and my booking was already made with an extra fee to have breakfast included, however, I was not allowed because the booking was not updated. So frustrating and upsetting. It was my worst Hilton experience ever. I know this is because of the inexperienced hotel management, and not related to Hilton hotels. So I have called customer service and received a refund for the breakfast I have paid for, however, I did not want any refund, all I wanted was the breakfast I was promised.

United StatesThere were NEVER enough clean towels . Every time we asked we were told that they were washing. So I didn’t like that at all. Pillows were very uncomfortable too. Also we asked if our room could be cleaned and was told no. The cups on our room leaked.

United StatesAfter my stay and I received my credit card bill, I saw I was charged $49.99. When I called to find out why, I was told housekeeping saw a dog in the room and found a broken ornament. There was no dog, I don't even own a dog, and I didn't break anything. I couldn't even get the manager to call me back until I contacted customer service through Hilton's main website. Then I was told there was nothing he could do about the charge. So, basically the hotel may charge you for things that didn't occur and there's nothing that will be done about it.
Very clean, extra large room and close to many restaurants and shopping. It was a wonderful stay. It's what happened afterwards that made me reconsider my stay there, otherwise it would be a 10.
