My room’s shutter would not go down so the light of the chopstick store next door was annoying.

I was double charged for this room - once by Hilton Gardens and the other by Booking.com and "no one can help me resolve this matter" because they keep telling me to talk to the other company about being double charged.

I heard many foot noises from the ceiling in the early morning (3:30-5am) interrupting my sleep

Booking.com indicated that breakfast was included in the price. It was not according to the staff at the hotel. Breakfast was available for an additional fee.

Housekeeping threw away some food we'd set aside to eat later. Wasn't near the trash so we were disappointed they did that. Also, getting into the parking lot was sort of difficult.

No complimentary bathroom products were set out. It was inconvenient to have to ask for those things. I would never pay for breakfast at a hotel when we can go to restaurants with more options and pay same price.

When I made the reservation I mentioned that we w/b bringing our dog. There was never a mention of an additional charge for the pet ... I was charged an additional $25/nt for the dog. Really think that they should have mentioned the extra charge prior to booking. Also, they really nickel & dime you to death w/all of the extra fees & taxes.

We were there for a basketball tournament, we know quiet times start at 10. Didn't know that quiet time meant we couldn't sit in the lobby, front desk lady proceeded to get loud and kick us out of the lobby. She was rude and condescending. The adults were watching the basketball game and we could not get the channel in our rooms. As a paying customer I didn't think quiet time meant the lobby was off limits completely.

The morning staff was always cheerful and helpful, breakfast was great and hotel was clean.

rude and unhelpful staff. charged my card $8 for nothing. can’t tell me what it is and refuse to fix it. the room was not cleaned in 2 weeks, I had to ask for fresh towels.

Noisy highway made it hard to sleep, floors in room were visibly dirty, refrigerator smelled like marijuana, room was very dark

We are returning customers at that hotel and the mattress in the room we stayed in was a little uncomfortable, but not too bad. It could have just been an older mattress. Not something that will keep us from going back.

I loved that the restaurant was open. We had breakfast from there and it was really good! This was first time it had been open when we stayed there.

Our door was broke - maintenance was called and they just kinda barged in while we were getting ready for a memorial service - opened the door wide to the hallway. We had to explain we were in the middle of getting ready and could they come back. I realize they have to open the door to fix it, just seemed a little oblivious to show up and not ask if it was a good time to start repairs. Breakfast was horrible - why not partner with local restaurants and just give a coupon? It would have been better to just offer granola bars, pop tarts and coffee Pool closed at 9 - would be nice to have an over 18 swim hour either early in the morning or 9-10? This may have been due to covid though but I’ve noticed this at many hotels over the years.

Give more in room coffee pods - for 2 people for 2 nights there were 2 pods that’s coffee for 1 day Invest in better coffee - it’s a cheap upgrade and people remember it Breakfast not great - why not just give a ticket to a local place?

Our room door kept getting stuck so we were locked out of our room every time we left. Had to have the staff help us get back in.

I did not enjoy the sleep, our beds were extra firm and the pillows were to soft, However the room was not what we expected, the carpet was obviously stained in multiple areas , the elevator was broken after a long day out and we had to walk up the stairs when we returned, water was on the floor in the lobby from kids up and down the hallway. As for breakfast we had to wait for eggs and the potatoes were cold, it was a decent price for $13.00 however I wish I would have got up earlier and went to near bye restaurant. Definitely could stay at another hotel near the same area. Not the normal Hilton Experience of the past.

The location was good as I was in town to put flowers at gravesite Covington Cemetary.
