Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The breakfast was fine but the staff was not. Specific a gentleman with kinda long curly hair. He was very racist and rude. I experienced his bad attitude twice. Not a good person to work in customer service.

Beautiful hotel with fire pit by the jacuzzi. The pool and Jacuzzi were very clean. The lobby had a lovely fireplace and TV for everyone to watch the games. Our room was a king with fireplace, jacuzzi tub, and balcony. Decor was warm and rustic throughout. Bed was comfortable. Staff was amazing and accommodating. Food was decent. Not included, but options for buffet or cooked to order were available. Location was great. Walking distance to the downtown strip and attractions.

United StatesThe Breakfast was good, but I primarily had to eat the same thing for breakfast everyday. Need to add eggs to the waffle, pancake and French toast options on the menu. There should be more options on the menu to choose from because if you gonna run it like a restaurant then there should be more choices. The furniture in the room needed to be cleaned. The arms of the couch was dirty., but the overall cleanliness of the room was great.
The location is great with easy access to the Parkway and is in a quiet location. To the right of the front entrance, driving out of the entrance is a little dangerous because you are unable to see what is coming around the corner due to the shrubbery/ plants. It's difficult to see oncoming traffic to the left because the hotel sets in a curve. You may want to take a look at that before someone has a wreck in front of the hotel.
