The breakfast cost was too expensive. Not worth it. We ate at the McDonalds down the street.

Big shock at arrival, travelling with 2 small kids, Hilton could not find reservation, booking.com had not sent information to hotel, but after some chaos they managed to find room for us. As usual Booking.com is not taking responsibility for mistake, keeping to explain what customer should have done etc. I do not believe that anybody has been able to reach Booking customer service. They managed to answer e-mail only 2 days later, when I was far away from place. Same level hotel in Orlando 4 times less expensive. But do not expect budget accommodation in key West.

Pool. Shuttle to downtown. Due to very nervous situation I forgot to ask name of receptionist, who was helpful beyond any expectations and very much solution-oriented, so finally we got accommodation and enjoyed our stay at Keys.

The Main Entrance not easy to access , need a bigger sign. Breakfast was ok, not too many options .The pool towels need to be replace ,too old . Not seating areas outside in the garden ,only available in the pool area.

The free troller and the pool area Garden was nice . Location was great .

No beach access. Our room looked out over a parking lot. Did not like the price of breakfast. I'm not going to eat a slice of toast for 17$. The bar inside, nobody was ever there. It was more s nursing home inside or a bingo hall. All those chairs and tables. Should have more of a tropical setting. .

The pool and the outside bar where fun and the hot tub was hot. Rooms were clean and comfy beds. Staff where nice. The staff were very efficient on getting over night passport to me when it arrived..

Our room was right next to the shuttle stop and we could hear people at the shuttle stop when it started running in the morning until night. The room also doesn’t really have any view (windows are to the parking lot).

It was a budget-friendly, clean property.

Breakfast was poor. On the first day we came at 9:30, there was no clean table, we got plastic cutlery, no fruit, no vegetables, had to wait for scramble eggs which together with sausages and toast was only available food. Second day we came around 8am - things were better, food the same, there was nothing to choose for our allergic kid. We have paid for breakfast buffet included in the price of stay (therefore unable to cancel the second breakfast) - turned out that you could choose “a la carte” for some aditional pay.

I had to ask everyday for water. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned. Nobody at the pool Bar on Monday so had to get lunch elsewhere. Didn’t think the property reflected the price.

breakfast was included. however while having breakfast, they brought the bill for breakfast. they told us the bill only for the tip. when I checked my credit card statement, they charged me for the breakfast. after noticing it, I have reached out to them via email and I didn't receive any refund nor a reply.

The coffee creamer in the room was in the form of a stick of gum when opened. I could see the outside light through the door/casing and the floors need to be cleaned better.

Fire alarm went off at 345 am to 445 am first Night we were there and we were told to evacuate to our cars when we called because they didn't know what was going on. No breakfast package on booking. Com I could find they say breakfast isn't included in your stay and it tells you it is on booking. When u get there they tell 7 it's an add on.

The room was cute, comfortable bed. Could logg into my Netflix on the TV which was a plus because I usually bring my roku! They had a shuttle to shuttle you downtown. Staff was kind friendly and accommodating.

I don’t like resort fees although you got a bit back with a room credit.

A clean, tidy and comfortable unit in a well set out site. Pool and pool bar were excellent. The free shuttle service into Key West was terrific. A very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly driver. A great employee.
