Breakfast was not included and I regret paying for a truly terrible breakfast. The eggs to order tasted like they had been cooked in vinegar they were truly tried out and sour 2 days in a row cooked 2 different ways. The pool was absolutely freezing our lips turned blue in under 10 minutes. Orders at the rooftop bar were wrong, overpriced and staff was socializing. I had to demand my card back the host that took my order was sure he gave it back until I stood there and it was found beside the register. Parking was extremely expensive.

Service was very pleasant. There was an altercation with a guest at check in and it made me very uncomfortable the guest started cussing at staff and my 6 year old daughter was with me. The staff remained calm, but it was an awkward exchange.

It was hardly any where to park. Valet shouldn’t be the only way to park. Definitely a parking deck is needed.

The rooftop was very nice and beautiful. The property was very well maintained.

Paid parking Had a nearby fire one night that created a smoke odor one night and was a little scary initially. I called the front desk and they called me back to reassure me we were safe.

Parking. On the Booking.com site it said that it had on site parking, but it didn't say it was valet parking or that it would cost 27,00 a day and if you decide not to chose valet, you must park on the street where parking is very limited and you could be ticketed. We stayed for two nights, so that wound up costing us 52.00. Also, Booking. com billed the room as a Queen Suite which made it sound as if it was larger than a regular Double Queen, but it wasn't. It was just a regular room. Both of these errors were made by Booking.com and while I my continue to use the site, I am always going to call the property first to ask about parking and the room.

The breakfast was good for about 12.00. Eggs were cooked to order.

we called to find out about parking and was told it was $11.00 a night we got there and was informed that it was valet only and the cost was $27.00 a night and that it was either them or find other parking down the street

Shuttle driver Joshua was absolutely amazing and defined excellence on the service that he rendered! His hospitality was the best portion of my stay.

The rooftop bar did not have many of the menu items listed. We had to order from across the street at another restaurant.

The breakfast was excellent. I had the omelette and it was delicious. The waitress/host was amazing. She made us feel welcomed. The cook was also very sweet and friendly. I didn't get either of the ladies names but they were both very nice. We will definitely stay here again.

Overpriced. Valet parking lot was the only hotel option and overpriced considering there was a $4 lot a block away. Breakfast was overpriced.

Our room was not vacuumed, fingerprints all over the TV. Cleanliness of the room was poor. Overpriced and didn’t like we had to pay for parking. We used this hotel for convenience of getting to another city early, not for access downtown. Had to pay for breakfast too.
