The pressure from the shower was weird even after adjusting the shower head. Ice machine is in the laundry room.. took me awhile to find it (and the laundry room was right across from our room). Daily parking rate is a bit high

Room was great. Got a room on the first floor and easily accessible from the side parking lot. Room was everything we needed and comfy for the 2 nights we were there. Mini fridge kept our water and milk for the kids nice and cold.

That they didn’t have room cleaning for some reason only if you stayed there for a week but even when I asked if they could clean the room they said they couldn’t so it’s whatever just never heard of that before. Also had to pay a fee for parking? If I pay for a hotel parking should just be free. Had to park far away. Other than that, good stay.

I liked the laundry facilities and they had a little mini mart which was convenient and awesome pool!

That only 1 person can enter the gym. My husband and I couldn't workout together. Parking could have been $15 or less. Healthier food options on site.

First of all...they give us a handicap room...( I did not requested that)... this room...the bed was broken ( literally)... tv remote control was not working, bedroom not cleaned well, not space for toothbrush, toothpaste, fridge not cooling, bathroom sink clogged...terrible experience!... i contact the front office and I was told that they dont have any room to switch my family!... while I was complaining I heard someone besides me making complaining too. So totally disappointed and i do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

I am a regular at the Hilton Garden and in my past experiences everything was on point, but this particular stay was horrible. The front desk staff are not knowledgeable about Theodor own policies . I was very disappointed of the treatment we got during our stay this time.

Firstly, the $100 deposit I paid at check-in hasn't been refunded after THREE WEEKS. This delay in processing refunds is very concerning. Additionally, I found an unexpected charge of $19.68 on my credit card after my departure. Given that I didn't make any additional purchases or use any premium services, this charge is perplexing and unwarranted. The room situation was another letdown. I specifically booked a room with a bathtub but ended up with one that had just a shower. I reached out to the hotel management two weeks ago to address these issues and was promised a response within three days. I've received no response since then, which is disappointing and reflects poorly on their customer service. The hotel itself wasn't a great experience either: the location allowed no activities without a car, the pool area was loud by car noise pollution, and the bed was too hard. Not recommended - do not book!

The water pressure in the shower is terrible. It has two showerheads and you can't shut one off to use the other so the water pressure was super low split between the two. I have long hair and it was difficult to fully rinse the shampoo/conditioner out of my hair. It also took like 5 minutes to get a decent temperature. We also had to call for towels at the pool twice in the same visit because they didn't bring many out the first time, especially for such a hot, busy pool day.

Breakfast was great and the staff was sweet.

Front desk person had no clue how to resolve my situation. Was told to call manager who was off. That was her responsibility and not mine as a customer. Bar staff was super rude (I think name was Juan). Refused to accommodate our food when ordering. After being treated so rudely we left restaurant (on site).

The staff was rude and repeatedly told me I hadn’t paid over $900 already until I went to my car to get my receipt which she suggested I do. In the same conversation she told me she was going to charge me $150 for a deposit and then once I showed her my receipts she never asked for the deposit again as if she made it up because she didn’t believe me. This was around 4 in the morning when earlier in the day I had called the Hilton garden inn directly and booked an extra room, they said they would have everything f handled. On top of this, after we checked in, the security guard was following us around like we didn’t belong. I also filtered results for free breakfast and once we showed up we were told it’s for special members and I would have just gone somewhere else in the first place. I would never book Hilton Garden Inn again

we experienced a problem from the minute I check in and the staff was encountered were so rude! from the front desk to the breakfast servers. I will never stay here again! The beds were absolutely horrible hard as a rock and water pressure couldn’t even rinse out my shampoo.
