We thought breakfast was included. Need to make it more clear in pricing. $13 per person a bit high. Heating system was difficult to manage and it was in the low 40's at night.

I was charged twice for the room. I pre paíd september 6th and in my checkout they carged me again. I ‘ve been there for one night. I sent many emails to hotel an booking and no answer. I have the receipt of my credit card. Almost one monthand no solution.

I picked this hotel because your site said it had a in room jacuzzi. It did not and it cost over 200 a night. Gor a tiny room that was too hot to be comfortable.

We made a special request for our room to be cleaned / fresh towels. We doubled check with the front desk - the next day, to ensure we would receive the services, the front desk representative checked her list and assured us our request for room services had been requested and would be completed. It wasn't. No clean towels. Dirty towels never removed, trashed not removed and bed not made.

We had a room directly across from elevator lobby. This is a bad spot because you can hear the elevator operating unless your tv or HVAC unit is on.

Location is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and grocery store, but it's also next to a very busy interstate.

Added an extra $300 to our total bill on check-in to be refunded if you didn't run a tab at the bar or restaurant. We were not informed this was going to occur. Worse than that our room shared a wall with the elevator room so elevators constantly woke us up

an employee knocked on our door and said we had several complaints about our music , We were at the very end of the hallway and everything … We kinda felt unwelcome… Like honestly they didn’t even want us there , more so like take the money but don’t want us there type of feeling.. That’s the first I ever felt like that out of all the hotels I ever booked and I book quite A lot . The rooms was way smaller than I expected , we were shocked because the pictures make the room look so big and spacious it’s nothing like I booked online , I felt played or like our room was down sized majorly it’s absolutely nothing like the pics I showed and booked we were just so shocked and unsatisfied honestly , we were going to check out that same night but said to hell with it and stayed … down below is the room I booked … but what we got instead was nowhere near that size ..

Barbie the bartender was very ignorant and disrespectful. if she doesn’t like her job quit. the maintenance man was very cocky. the jacuzzi was needing work. The manager was very helpful and excellent service.

What I didn't like was that for the price that I paid, bath robes wasn't available. The Hilton in Cincinnati provides robes as well as certain Marriotts.

The breakfast food culd of been better and it culd B a lil bigger…. The staff also culd B more friendly the guy at ck in was gr8, very helpful; but the gentleman at ck out was not friendly, nor helpful…and we wer supposed 2 stayed 2nites but ONLY stayed 1 & I got charged 4 2nite wen we left 2/27@12/1230ish (noon) and idnt think that’s right at all…plus we left our $50 deposit and pd cash for erything else like the breakfast bar and any extras we got to snack on was all pd for so idk y they charged me 2 nites wen they would have known if housekeeping did the room as a stay over🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️😩💯

I was charged 25.00 more than my receipt showed. It was also more than booking.com showed I would be charged. How can a facility charge more than my printed receipt shows? I told the clerk when I checked out and was still charged wrong. Won’t stay there again

I was put in room 233. unfortunately this room is next to the control room for the elevator. I told the guy that I had been up driving all night and needed to sleep. you can hear every time someone takes the elevator and the highway traffic.
