AC didn’t work in first unit and had to switch rooms late at night. Went to front desk, got new keys and moved stuff. Next day called down and extended stay an additional night. Staff neglected to tell us we had to have them reactivate the keycard so couldn’t get in the door from parking and we were in a hurry. That was annoying. Treadmill in fitness center wasn’t clean. No safe in room. Check in and night staff not that friendly. Checkout staff were very friendly.

The hotel seemed under staffed. There were dirt stains on the carpet in our room. When I asked for someone to attend to it at 10:00am, I was told they were not taking any more housekeeping request for the day. I asked her to put me on for the next day. The attendant was nice. I was there 3 nights. No one addressed it.

The staff was very friendly. They were as helpful and accommodating as possible. The rooms were updated. The beds were large and comfortable.

The fact that they were pending my card because of overbooked, against what the booking policy says! But when I got there they explained more.

The breakfast was very poor. The eggs had no taste, the pastries were stale, and the fruit was not very fresh. This looked like a complimentary breakfast at most hotels and cost us $15.00 each. (There were 4 of us) We later found out there was a breakfast menu and possible omelets, but no one offered us either of these. The staff never left the front desk, and no one else was around for assistance except to ask if we wanted water. We asked for clean towels twice and never received them; by day three, we also were out of coffee, and the trash was overflowing

Arrive to location. Once checked in wanted to shower,, but there was NO HOT WATER! Allowed the water to run for maybe 20mins & it still was NO HOT WATER. Therefore I had to travel 22nd a from location to a family member house just to take my shower & get dressed. Everything else was exceptional. I was just very disappointed that there was no HOT WATER & the price for the stay should have been discounted or something for the inconvenience of something occurred on property end!

when we checked in we found hair all over the bathroom floor, sink, countertop and shower.

The coffee was horrible. The pillows in the room were flimsy. One small piece of soap for the shower, but none near the sink.

The bed looked to have been just remade and not a change of sheets. Check-out was not until 11:00 am, but we were woken up at 8:20 am by housekeeping. We had planned to sleep in before our 6-hour drive home.

The facility was clean, the receptionist was friendly and the hotel was in a good neighborhood.

Had trouble with noisy guests. That is out of the control of the staff, to some extent. But, after several calls to the front desk, still nothing was done to get the guests next to us to discontue the raucus behavior and noise that went on well past 2am.

Very clean and modern. Easily accessible. Beds/sheets were great.

When made a reservation it asked me did I want smoking or non-smoking I chose a smoking room I got there and they said they don't have any smoking room I was highly disappointed and they couldn't accommodate me or anyting

Booking.com and the hotel, did not link. For example, the draw for the hotel was breakfast was included. But when attempting to eat breakfast had to show proof via email that breakfast was included. For the amount charged, that should not be an issue. Also, the bed pillows were not very comfortable.

The location was great. It just has not been added to GPS.
