Went over just for a few hours, on my layover and didn't want to hang around at airport for 7 hours , so went to enjoy pool and take a few hours of nap before I headed back to airport... definitely relaxed and napped showerd and was ready to continue my trip...

Need more transparency about renovations & breakfast at another hotel - thankfully just across the parking lot. A sign while driving in - to tell guests the front lobby door was locked would have been nice vs. park, & drive around. Glad it wasn't raining then.

Should have been more upfront about renovations but did not affect the stay. Overhead plane noise was not too audible from inside the room which was very good. Breakfast was very good and glad it was included in the stay. Also very glad the pool & hot tub were open despite no chairs(?) increased Covid fears - masks inside is smart & commendable. Staff were very helpful and nice. Overall good stay.

Could not use any amenities due to renovation. No pool, business center and breakfast was in sister hotel. Should have been made aware of that before booking.

Had not been advised that they are under renovation, so no restaurant on site. Upon departure this morning(out the back where we were instructed to enter due to work in progress) it was disgusting. There were dirty masks on the ground, paper cups and lots of cigarette butts.

The front desk staff needs more training. There was a lack of professionalism. The night manager realized his staff's lack of professionalism and tried to make up for it. But I gather this might be a Miami problem since so many comments of people in other hotels are surprised that the staff is nice? One daytime staff member gave me an exasperated look because I asked for water since the mini-market had run out. I came down the day before check out and another front desk person could not understand the question I asked and basically invented an answer. If they fix the front desk staff training, this hotel is an excellent choice.

The room was very clean and smelled clean. The bed was super- super comfortable! It was very quiet. The carpet had some spots like children had spilled Kool-Aid. The hot tub and pool were very nice. I did not eat in the restaurant.

The staff at the check-in desk were not friendly and did not give much information on the building or location of pool, fitness, etc. Only location of the bar, which was right next to the desk.

The room was dated, but size was good. Everything was compact in the building. So you didn’t need to go far to find anything. All was good.

So my child had a mistake in which Mother Nature came on,I was immediately stereotyped by the housekeeping mngr who then told the front desk male manager because of the color of my skin and the way I was walking that I had a cosmetic surgery.I was stereotyped and picked on because of a previous knee surgery that I had 4 weeks ago, I never once thought that the Hilton picks on random customers. I will Never stay here again. Nobody deserves to be accused of something that never happened.. I will be contacting the ADA because I was very uncomfortable and upset my entire stay at this facility.. I stayed in my room for the remaining of my stay..

Toilet leaked and no came to repair. Waited from 6pm till 11pm. Then used towels for cleanup over night. Front desk rude and spoke and argued in Spanish. Only one keycard worked. $350 for 2 nights plus $75 pet fee. thumbs down

the bed and linen are top drawer. I exercised in my room, so I inspected the carpet close up, very nice feel and pattern. The restaurant was very nice, with good service and quality selections. Breakfast was heavenly. Coffee, Feta spinach omelet, home fries, toasty English muffin

We were there during renovations, and my family in the other room was near enough to hear noise very early in the morning. Hopefully that will be completed soon and not be a problem in the future.

Cleanliness was exceptional. We really enjoyed the bar/restaurant for both dinner/drinks and breakfast. The bartender was exceptionally friendly and took great care of us. Shuttle to the airport was great, and we parked our car at the hotel for much less than airport parking would have cost.
