We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThis hotel had installed extremely heavy door that are put in place in case of a fire. We were unaware of this which cause my hand getting slammed in the door. Nothing broke just bad bruising. When I mentioned it at check out staff was very apologetic and kind and offered me a bandage. I should have asked for a manager at that point. This information should be provided before it more than swollen and bruised fingers.

United StatesThe first night we checked in the lady Alexis at the front desk was rude and charging more than booking.com had quoted us. I paid cash and asked 3 times for a receipt and she said she emailed it 3 times but I never received it So I asked if she could print me a receipt. When she printed it the paper had nothing about what I paid! It made me suspicious and I asked for my cash back and applied a card which charges me for the wrong rate and a very high deposit that they said would be returned once I checked out. Hopefully it will be. All other staff was very helpful and friendly except this particular lady!

United StatesThe bed … when I finally laid down on the bed it was slanted upward towards your feet , I was so tired that I just propped up the pillows to elevate my head. After about an hour, My shoulders were in pain. So did a 180 and had my feet facing the headboard and was finally able get to sleep.
