Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesOur neighbors in the next room were a little noisy. Although the hotel can't control that much, if the hotel isn't t booked full, skip rooms so no neighbors.
Breakfast was very good and Nicole"s service was exceptional. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable.

United StatesAt time of reservation I requested 2 rooms side by side or at least near each other but definitely on same floor. Upon arrival only one room was ready for check in and was told the other one would be ready in about 1 hour. At that point, we checked into the available room and unloaded all items into this room, then went to dinner. Returned longer than 1 hour later and after the 3:00pm check in time. We were told the room was still not available but one on another floor was. At that point, due to the time we need to get to the event that brought us to town we had to check into that room. It was a bit confusing because we were there in person as to why the rooms side by side or at least the same floor could not work out. Also, the parking lot was definitely not full at our arrival time. We were also not provided with much apologizes. This did not seem like much to ask especially considering the situation and the price we were paying.
Felt safe , staff was friendly and willing to provide recommendations of local eating places.
