The restaurant and bar have very limited hours. You have to request room service if you want your room refreshed. It's not automatic anymore, but that's not a big deal to me. I'm pretty neat!😊

Very neat, clean and comfortable! They pay attention to the small details, especially the key card holders on the wall in your room to store your room key!(I got a kick out of that! LOL!) It's close to lots of shops and close to the expressway. The staff was very friendly and available 24/7. I stayed at this hotel for the first time because I was on a business trip to a conference which was in DC. I always stay in Rockville when I have business in DC. This hotel was the absolute BEST and will be my 'go-to' when I come back. I would definitely stay here again!

Floors in the room (carpet) seemed wet/damp so I didn’t want to take off my shoes the whole time. Breakfast buffet was not very good.

Fire alarm kept going off for 2 days which made it hard to relax.

Conveniently located down the street from my job site, easy to get to and shopping and restaurants were nearby.

1) I stayed for one week. The policy is to provide housekeeping every fourth day. This is ridiculous. I paid enough for that room that they could have done light housekeeping daily. I was constantly having to request towels, water and coffee set up, trash emptied, etc. Then, when I got back to my room on the 5th evening, they STILL had not provided service and I had to request to be put on the schedule for my 6th morning. I nearly ran out of toilet paper and I was staying alone in the room the entire time! 2) part of the reason I chose that particular hotel was because it had an indoor pool and hot tub. Both were not up to maintenance regulations: you not only couldn't see the bottom of the pool (or hot tub), you couldn't see something one foot under the surface because the water was so murky. I was worried about the hygiene so did not return after my first visit. 3) The key cards repeatedly deactivated and the house phone at the 4th floor elevator was not functional. So, at least three times, I could not get into my room and couldn't call for help so had to go down to the main desk (after waiting a long time because only one of the two elevators was working) to get a new key card so that I could get into my room. I thought the first time might be because I placed the card next to my credit card in my wallet. But the other times, I was careful to avoid that and the cards demagnetized anyway. The front desk sent the "engineer" to take a look at the lock. He opened the door twice with my newly reprogrammed key card and pronounced the lock as working perfectly.

The room itself was ok. Appreciated the refrigerator and microwave.

I booked this hotel for the hot tub and indoor pool and both were freezing cold. There was trash overflowing outside of the entry under the portico. There was a trashcan overflowing at the coffee pot area in the lobby. The coffee was scalding hot with very few supplies nearby needed. The coffee pot didn’t work in my room.

The location was all really I was satisfied with.

We booked the hotel specifically for the pool and we were only able to use it once. The hours we were given changed overnight and then the pool was too acidic to swim in.

The property was nice and quiet. The room was clean and everything worked okay.
