The original room was the last room on level two right next to the gym, and pool, and laundry. So it was noisy, always wet falls, food along the corridor and really put a dampener on the start of the stay.

The room worked well for what we required. I had to change though due to originally asking for a view as I flew from Australia and was put in a very ordinary location to begin with.

Only thing was that the internet was down during our stay, so we couldn’t use Netflix or YouTube on the tv in our room.

Second time staying here and just love it, staff was friendly. It’s located in a great area and it’s walking distance from little Italy.

My room unfortunately was very low on all toiletries and I didn’t realize that until I was in the shower. The person who stayed there before me must have set the alarm clock for 5 am and it woke me up. I also didn’t realize it was directly next to the train tracks and the train passed by until late and then started back up fairly early. The WiFi was down while I was there and I was disappointed they didn’t offer room service.

I loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. The room was very clean and organized. It was walking distance from lots of restaurants.

One of the front desk guy receptionists . I forgot his name but a young man standing in the left corner desk that made us wait to check in where infact Christmas Eve it’s not that too full and without any explaination whatsoever .Thanks so much for other receptionist (Rachel-she is the best )accommodated us by asking if we’re check in , she did without asking much and explained things right away, . Sometimes These young people need to be trained well to give their best and with a smile , respect and patience .

Great location near Little Italy; only short walk to harbour. Approx 40 min walk to Gaslight district. Room was spacious and clean, had issue with fridge which was resolved immediately. Valet parking was good no issues, already had researched about the price so no surprise - we just prefer the convenience and they were friendly and professional.

On check in, I requested housekeeping every 2 days of my 8 day stay. After 3 days I had to request it again and then on day 4 after another request it finally happened.

Hotel is a short taxi ride to Petco and restaurants along the bay; walking distance to coffee and breakfast; on site bar and hotel lobby provided a great spot to hang out in between our family events
