Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe only complaints I have are...1- the bed was way to firm for our comfort level. Some folks may like that, but it prevented a good nite of sleep. 2-the smoke detector in the room was very bright when all the lights were off. It does an occasional flash every so often, I guess as a safety check, and you don't notice it with the lights on but it's rather bright with the lights off. 3- there was this lady from the bar that was hanging around the desk with her glass of wine. It made it kinda hard to conduct business at check-in and later when we came back downstairs to purchase drinks and snacks. I appreciate you have a bar, but patrons should have to stay in a certain area with their drinks to not disrupt business of other guests at the desk.
The property is absolutely stunning from the moment you pull up. Richard, the gentleman that checked us in, was very kind and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and spacious. There were plenty of towels! This is actually a big deal...I usually have to request additional towels at every hotel we stay at because they only give 2, we had 4 in the room! There is a very nice outdoor sitting area, cornhole boards, and putting green. Very nice selection in the snack area, also includes locally made gift items which I thought was very neat.

United StatesRoom service needed to be requested. They still blame it on Covid that they do not clean up the room every day if you do not request it. If you want to have your room cleaned up every day and want fresh towels request it at the check-in and confirm from time to time.
Nice, clean and new hotel - perfect location to reach all the golf courses in Pinehurst. Good breakfast for a reasonable price. Friendly personal.
