The hot tub jets were broken and the water wasn’t very hot. The continental breakfast is expensive and not worth it. There is an air freshener automatically sprayed every few minutes flooding the halls with an artificial floral smell.

We liked the pool and the comfortable beds. The lobby is very modern and beautiful.

but the pool appears quite cloudy and the trim portion of the walls have a film that would be easily cleaned off. Names and smiley faces are scratched into it. The chlorine (urine) smell is extremely strong in the pool area. Add a few potted plants to the pool for improved ambiance. When calling the front desk, there was little greeting. Even more of a 'grunt' of a response by a female staffer.

Pool and hot tub are great temperatures. The hot tub is crystal clear and well kept. The room was modern and clean. The entire hotel was well kept. The staff was pleasant, especially James and the other gentleman working at the front desk.

The pool was not available due to renovations which was one of the reasons we choose this hotel. The manager was very accommodating by letting us use the pool at the hotel next door but that pool was not very nice looking and we did not use it.

I did not like third party who sold me the room. I feel I was deceived and am not happy. They advertised my booking included breakfast when it did not. I will have to call them now and let them know how I feel. Hopefully they will make it right and issue me a credit.

The restaurant and bar were closed. I arrived at 4:30 pm and was hungry and wanted to have a drink. I was very disappointed that I was forced to go offsite. I really liked the hotel but don’t want to stay there again if the restaurant is closed.

Some basic stuff such as extra pillows and blankets weren't in the room. We also wish we knew that they put a $130 hold on your card, on top of your normal price, just incase of damages. The $130 is far too much to be held when you are from out of town and want to have enough money to enjoy yourself.

We enjoyed how clean and comfortable the room was. The location was near everything we needed, while not being right in the center of everything either.

I would say the only draw back from our experience was the pool did not feel like it was heated. Very cool to swim in. The spa could have been warmer too.

There were no vending machines for a quick snack....just the expensive Pantry options at the front desk. The breakfast is an additional cost as well and the room was already a bit pricey. But the rooms were clean, comfortable and fairly modern.

I asked a housekeeper for more toilet paper for our room because when we arrived we had very little in our room. She was very rude about giving me some and especially when I asked for two rolls.

Only issue we had - weren’t aware we had to ask for housekeeping services made a suggestion at time of check in to remind guests . We had to ask for towels etc at 530p

I didn't like that the room cost so much but it cost $8.00 for continental breakfast. Felt a little ripped off for some tiny yogurt,tiny fruit cups, not fresh bakery and Oatmeal that tasted like it was made the day before. No need to charge for the continental wasnt even good or fresh
