The bathroom needs to be updated,the tub was very rusty. The room needs a new paint job,and the floor need to be vacuumed.

property is very old and it’s not the level of 3 star and now worth with respect to the price. Staff is not that friendly. when I called early morning they said early checkin is possible. when I reach they said check in will be done only after 4pm. Also the lady who was dealing during the morning hour she is very rude ..

It wasn't a good location there was only one restaurant and one fast food restaurant the restaurant wasn't good. The hotel didn't have a restaurant or bar service. The spa was out of order and outside pool wasn't heated. There was some sort of load noise coming from outside are room all night.

The room.was in a less than clean state when I checked in. There was hair all over the shower curtain and tub from the previous occupant. I complained to the front desk and although housekeeping came to the room and "cleaned" the same hair was still in the bathroom when I returned to my room. Additionally there is a very bad termite and/or ant infestation in my room. Rm 515. When I complained and asked for another room I was told they were full. No extermination efforts were ever made.

Some of the front desk staff were very friendly and noted my complaints even though they could not resolve them.

I usually don't leave a review but this was in need!! Very disappointed!! Only picked this Hotel for the heated pool & Hot tub. Called they day before to confirm that the pool was heated the lady said yes and they have the hot tub as well. When arrived with 4-kids (2-rooms) and NO the POOL is NOT Heated and the Hot tub was closed off with caution tape then we find out the next morning that the hot tub has been out of order for months!!!. The rooms were very dirty looking the bath tub looked like it had mold around the drain. The sink looked like it wasn't connected to the wall all the calk was separated.

The bath tub would not drain. The tub filled up with water during showers and something gross came up the drain! For $340 one night this is awful I have stayed in cheaper hotels and have not had this experience. Drains are completely gross I would never stay here again. room 628 to be exact! this was not what I had hopped we were in town for a concert and didn’t have time to report it! however this is unacceptable.

The Hotel was very dirty and our hotel room was also very dirty, moldy and unhealthy. The air conditioner was creating so much condensation that the carpet was wet and moldy which caused breathing problems for myself. The thermosat could not be regulated, so the room was constantly freezing! The floors were filthy dirty and the counter tops were not wiped clean. We addressed these issues and a few others to the front desk, but nothing was done. We will be sending a letter by email to the manager asking for compensation - I ended up going to the doctor because of breathing issues from our stay at this property!!

Located near college town of Tampa which was where the food was located and traffic there was awful... as in dangerous. Car wrecks, fender benders, and people walking all in the street. Hotel room was not what I booked. I booked a king room was given a double queen room which looked run down and falling apart. The shower was stained and the curtain rod had been ripped out of the wall on one side. Several LARGE spots where the carpet was ripped up and frayed. It smelt musty and dirty in our room. They also had humidifiers lining the halls. Leak some where? We were really disappointed and I was charged for a king and was told there was nothing they could do about that.
