The rooms seem dated. The furniture is really worn. The sofa was uncomfortable and some of the plugs and light switches didn't work.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the Cafe was comfortable and inviting, and food was delicious. There was also a great lounge area.

The room was in the rear of the hotel with a major road behind it. Traffic was on this road all night, noisy.

Location was great for my needs. Parking was easy and my floor was quiet. Seems like they have good amenities but I didn't get a chance to check them out.

Had to call for daily housekeeping service even though we had asked for it upon arrival. Indoor pool did not look clean so didn’t use it.

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms we clean and fairly up to date. It was weird that we could hear our neighbors tv clear as day from our bathroom vent but it wasn’t a huge deal. The staff members were polite and the value overall was fair.

Minor things: I expect at least one housekeeping visit for a four night stay. We could hear conversations from another room very clearly through the bathroom vent. The heat/ac unit seemed to have a mind of its own.

Our room was immaculate. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was just fine. The location was excellent.

After we got in room , keys to room where given to next checking in couple who soon afterwards walked in on us. Keys for all doors did not work very well.

Could use a shuttle service to TMG and a water refuelling station in the walls for easy access to water.

Very easy to get checked in. Staff was friendly and welcomed us every time we came in. Overall it was just a very pleasant experience

someone had their car vandalized while I was there. better lighting and cameras all the way around the perimeter is called for.

Could use an update, seemed a little “bare bones”; I had this feeling the hotel was surviving on a financial thread.

More clean knives (giggle) and replenishment of the coffee station...I came down at 6:30 for a cup (yum); when I came down for breakfast (8:15), there was only one urn of regular and it was very very weak...and no regular half/half...just flavored...grr

I think you are understaffed for prime time, i.e. evenings and breakfast(understandable, since the government pays people better to stay home than work at this time)!!! Your two-person staff had to really bust their butts to make us happy and, frankly, it was not great...they were great....not their faults...the crowd was too large! But they braved onwardly without an attitude...both evening and at breakfast! So sorry I cannot remember all their names, but heroic in their effort and attitudes!

AC was not working correctly. temp was ok but prefer cooler room for sleeping. maintenance did come to room but by time we got back in evening there really was no sense in calling front desk to ask someone to check again or move a room.

Something was wrong with the breakfast Sunday morning, and caused me to spend time vomiting in my room. Also, I ordered the burger with avocado on it Friday night, and not only was the avocado rock hard, it still had a chunk of the pit's skin on it. Seems like your chefs don't care about what gets sent out.

Christine the bartender was amazing. She deserves a ton of credit for managing the crowds Friday and Saturday.

The King Premium room has a walk in shower when the Junior suites have a tub. Could also use more cable stations as well.
