Mattresses were worn out. Bed was very squeaky. Mattress was not firm, I was sunken in the middle of the mattress. Would have like a mini refrigerator in the room.

Our first room stank of cigarette smoke, despite it being a non-smoking hotel. Fortunately we raised this with the staff and they quickly reallocated us a new room. Signage in the hotel is quite poor - was really difficult to find the pool and the guest laundromat. This was made even more difficult because they have those lifts that require you to choose a floor before you get in (i.e. we had to call the lift separately each time we tried to find the pool on a different floor!) Also the detergent dispenser in the laundry room was broken and stole our money... But again, the staff resolved this quickly and gave us some :-)

Good location, right next to the airport. Convenient shuttle. Fine for a night prior to an early morning flight but nothing special.

Expectable but due to flights starting and landing there is noise - if you are sensible this might bother you.

Located directly at the airport this hotel is a good spot to start from if you plan a road trip, restaurant is available, even a pool. The room was quite large compared to other hotels with a similar pricing.

Better information on where to find the airport shuttle. Our info said lower floor of airport. It was not there.

Airport shuttle was really convenient. We enjoyed the Cafe for a drink before dinner.

Need a bargain menu of some type. $64 for breakast for two was just a little much. The outside options though cheaper were barely accepable.

One of main reasons for booking with Hilton were the reviews on prompt airport shuttle, since were just passing through from Mexico to SE Asia. The shuttle were very helpful in handling our 4 heavy and 2 carryon bags.

The rooms are quite dated and very small (at least the one we stayed in). Bathroom was clean but clearly in need of renovation.

Location for an airport overnight was great. The lobby is gorgeous and check in was fast. The bed was comfortable.

Parking is too small, the charge for breakfast ($$) even when we are spending $$ for the hotel cost. The lobby and downstairs were good. Rooms were outdated, bath rooms were small, all mattresses need to be replaced (We had friends staying at the same time and they agreed.)

The location was great coming from Flight or if you have an early morning flight.

Room was big enough for us but beds was too narrow and hard and creaky. Windows has only single glazing so in the night we couldn't sleep thanks to airplains take off. Big modern TV without Netflix or Disney channels or we didn't find it at all.

We chose this hotel just about short distance to LAX airport. Lobby looks modern same as lifts but I can't tell the same about rooms.

Expensive for one night & noisy!!!!!!! Could hear planes land all night, could hear the neighbour in and out & even them having a shower.

I asked when I checked in if I could extend to a 3pm checkout which the gentleman said won’t be a problem. It will be $20 per hour which I thought was reasonable. When I asked at the desk in the morning they said they could not extend for to availability. When I did check out at midday there was another guest organising an extension with an another receptionist which got done reason was ok. I did not raise this as we had already out of the room. Over 1000 rooms with guests arriving at various times as well as air crew and they could not extend for 3 hours. A poor end to our out nights stay.

The shuttle service from the airport worked as I had read in other reviews.

Cleanliness or lack there of or was it just tired. It was noisy. It sound like workman were next door until about midnight. I was so disappointed with your restaurant. We both had gnocchi. It was so so ordinary.

Food options limited or poor value. Staff in Bistro, bar and restaurant not very cheerful, in fact rude in the Bistro. Late check out of only two hours should not be chargeable to an Honors member.

Good and well appointed room. Nice size for a basic room. Everything was there.
