Bathroom needed updating. Paint was peeling off the inside door badly, which kind of tainted the stay, as a nice fresh bathroom is important to me

I didn’t like that it was super expensive and was not allowed to bring food by the pool. They were trying to force order from their diner. Which was expensive too. Me & my family spent close to 5k for these rooms and couldn’t bring outside food to save money. & the rooms did not have a refrigerator or microwave in it.

The airport pick up shuttle was a bungled mess. No clear communication about where to catch it. Understaffed. Runs every 30 minutes. First one passed us by. The second was standing room only and very dangerous with my husband having to stand with our suitcases in the front entry way. After traveling for hours and waiting an hour for a shuttle we just held on and prayed.

Clean. Restaurant and coffee shop on premises. Beautiful patio and pool area.

Loud noise in the morning

Very noisy room next to us (653) I believe was from the shower at 7am after our first night stay but staff on the morning did not care or wanted to check even though I showed a video with sound of the very load noise

It’s a bit dated and the windows etc were so dirty it was hard to enjoy the view!

The location is ideal, the pool is lovely and the facilities are good!

I didn't like that breakfast wasn't included even if it was just for 1 breakfast trip .. No outlit next to bed to charge ur phone. Luckily I brought a long cord to reach the outlet attached to the lamp !

I like the outdoor pool area . Inside us nice as well with the restaurant/bar . Breakfast looked amazing but didn't geta chance to try it because I thought it was included The Starbucks inside was amazing as well. Comfortable beds with an amazing view if the planes taking off!!! That was the best part for me! . Walking inside this hotel is awesome and very cold once off the elevator on the 5th floor so if your HOT HOT ,no worries here !!

Staff never answered the phone when I called, interior windows had handprints and needed to be cleaned, refrigerator‘froze’ my water, bathroom has a broken and oxidized mirror, lamp was missing a knob and furniture was chipped and has seen better days.

Hotel was very accommodating, airlines canceled our flight so we needed an overnight stay. Very pleased with Hilton, made a difficult trip better with a safe and comfortable haven.

The service was appalling. Shuttle useless. Reception .staff obstructive. Had to wait over an hour for the shuttle. Hotel did not answer the phone. Took at least 30 minutes to check in when we had a confirmed and paid for reservation. We were told this was because of a shift change. We're in our seventies and had travelled from London. We got into our room at 23.30.
