Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The lobby/restaurant area was beautiful. The staff was wonderful, had a little mixup with my reservation and they kept me calm with their kind demeanor as we worked it out. I never sleep well in hotels and slept like a baby. Blackout curtains were clutch and even in a hotel filled to the brim with hockey boys, halls were quiet. Cleaning staff was so friendly whenever I encountered them in the halls. And they cleaned and made up our bed (2 night stay) on our full day which i feel like is rare these days.

United StatesThe water is very hot. Like melt your skin off hot! The restaurant is very expensive and breakfast is not included. Booking .com does not properly describe the rooms. The pool was broken which they claimed was maintenance issue and said pool needed drained bc a kid had an accident. But we seen them just adding chlorine instead. The beds r not comfortable at all. I had lots of shoulder and hip pain and tossed all night bc the beds were so firm. Although there was plenty of pillows and the beds and room was very clean. We loved the full size bottles of shampoo conditioner body wash and lotion that was in the room! The rooms were also pretty quiet. Overall would probably stay again if we upgraded to a room with softer beds!

The Hilton was convenient to visit places around the city, great location. The parking was free and close to the hotel. The gym was open 24 hours and the pool was clean and open late. Fresh towels were easily accessible.

Staff were superb and very accommodating - able to handle all requests very quickly. Food (dinner and breakfast) was wonderful - some of the best I had throughout my trip.

United StatesWonderful hotel. I stay here every time I come to Bloomington. The front desk staff is the best! Even the other guests were so friendly. The rooms are great size. The beds are so comfortable. And the bathrooms are great as well. Everything is super clean. I won't ever stay anywhere else.
