The pillows in the room are no good! The cafe is expensive, a bottle of coke was about $5... But there is a Kroger a mile down the road to easily get around purchasing snacks/drinks on the property.

The view and location were amazing. The pools were nice. There are lots of great common areas, and plenty of amenities. All of the staff was amazing, so friendly and accommodating.

A FAMILY of 6x , 2 rooms at $42000 for 5x nights just isn't worth the stay at the resort. Could have rented a house for half that. The only things you gain are pools and Beech access because of the location. Bike rentals for 4x would of been $320 for 3 days. That is unreasonable. We had to go off the resort to a local shop and paid $130 for 4x bike for 3 days. Omni failed to provide even decently bike rental rates in a time period that no one was even renting bikes... it was like a ghost town there. As a resort, you should provide reasonable priced activities or why even go there. Omni at Championsgate Orlando does this much better. A family can not afford to eat at your restaurants. Your cheapest restaurant is still overpriced, and the food isn't of a quality that you would pay that unless you're desperate. So, really, the only reason to go there is for a pool and ocean access. Not a resort that has anything else included. I feel foolish for having paid as much as we did for a 5x night stay. There should have been a discount for the second room for a family of 6x. Also, we asked for a connecting room but was not given one. We were moved to the 5th floor and upgraded to a better view of the Courtyard. I've been to 5x Omni properties. Omni Championsgate Orlando Omni Bedford Springs Omni Homestead Omni Dallas Hotel Downtown Omni Hilton Head The rooms were fine. The room had a odd smell that you had to get used to. Big rooms. The actual hotel floors and hallways were wide with open to the outside.

The heated pools were the best. Grounds looked great.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was clean. The workmanship in the bathroom was pretty poor. I am a licensed contractor in South Carolina. I remodel kitchens and bathroom. The painting, tile work at the base. Grouting was very sloppy looked like a rookie did it. Vanities looked very nice. Kitchen should be updated. We did enjoy our stay.

A lot of the bars and outside facilities were closed due to the time of year. We stayed for only a night on new years eve. With that being said we would love to go back when everything is open.

2 of the 3 hot tubs were cold the first night there. They did have them back functioning the next day.

Multiple pools , multiple hot tubs, multiple restaurants. If you didn’t want to ever leave the resort you would be happy here. Every employee we encountered was super helpful and had a great attitude. Lobby smelled incredible ,very welcoming.

We upgraded to an "ocean view", but it wasn't worth the extra cost. It was a parking lot view with the ocean in the distance. We did get to hear the waves so that was a bonus, I guess.

For an after Christmas getaway, we loved the heated pool and hot tubs that Omni has to offer! It's steps away from the ocean, so we savored 2 sunrises while we were there as well.

My party of four opted to eat our first dinner at your main restaurant at the hotel. We had traveled half a day to get to Hilton Head with friends, so we were tired and wanted to stay put after a long drive. Things seemed to be going well until our server delivered the wrong entree to me. My wife and our two friends heard what I ordered, so the server had put in the wrong order. I decided to accept what she brought and enjoyed the food. When we were ready to leave, we had asked her to split the total bill half and half. when she returned with the bills, mine was for the correct amount, but my friend’s was for the entire amount for both couples. I took both bills to her and she had her manager correct the two bills. Two days later, I was reviewing my debit card charges and saw that I had been double charged for the meal. My friend had charged his bill to his room, and it was correct. I reported the error to the front desk and was told that the accounting department would look into it and be in touch with me. Later that afternoon, the front desk texted me that the error was located and that an that a correction would be made. As of today, October 9th, I have yet to receive my credit for the mistake. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth since the hotel has had sufficient time to post a correction.

Really great location and gorgeous property as close to the beach front as you can get on Hilton Head Island.

The views from many of the rooms are of or over a parking lot. This is not adequately described. the property describes the views as resort, garden and ocean. The hallways are dark. Areas need updating especially hallways which is old and soiled carpet. Ocean beach chairs are provided by lifeguards for’44 dollars per day. The hotel provides beach chairs and umbrellas for less but guests must take them to beach and return which is a hike. There is no restaurant with ocean views.

Beautiful pool area. Excellent food. Beach amazing. Rooms spacious. Staff really friendly. Fire pits for gathering at night were great. Abundant towels in rooms and at pool. Adult and kids area. Great for families. Pools and hot tun areas, grounds spacious and perfect !
