That the pool and gym were not open but I understand due to the pandemic and everything it's risky. So I'm not holding that up high.

Location and the layout easy to check in easy to check out in fact you don't even have to go to the front desk. You can actually just do it right through your phone on the app for the hotel. That also goes for checking out too.

Property was very close to several restaurants. Staff was polite.

The hotel staff was obviously insufficient due to post pandemic issues. Having to ask for coffee or soap was, however, not appreciated. Non-daily servicing of rooms was understood.

The TV did not work well, our sink faucet handle broke off (and the facet was from our home in the 1990’s!) My husband fixed the handle. The shower pressure was non existent, and part of the shower handle was loose as well.

The location was excellent, right off of 95. Lobby was clean and staff was friendly and efficient.

Very disappointed with the cooperation of management to follow-through on communication with them about cancellation refund and communication with booking.com. I spoke with management at Hilton (Sean and Michael) and staff at booking.com repeatedly requesting they communicate with booking.com and I still have not received a refund to rebook. I am very disappointed in the service.

Poor welcome at reception. Poor room - no desk, small closet with insufficient room for even one man's clothes. small table-top ironing board with nowhere to put it. Persistent electrical and plumbing problems. And the hotel offers no laundry service.

$29 a night parking offsets the location, whole idea was so I didn't have to park in garages and pay for that. Also made it a hassle to get in and out as you needed room key which they took on check out.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel. But booking.com canceled my reservation without refunding it. I reached out to customer service and it was never resolved.

Hotel restaurant has the worst service I’ve ever seen. Sat for 30 mins and no service. Left without ordering a meal or drink.

Check in process messages through 3rd party companies. My wife was told she couldn't check into the hotel even though I left a message saying she would be the person checking in. I also gave her the confirmation email. They let her check in because she knew our home address since it was part of the information I used to book. Doesn't make sense that the actual confirmation number could not be used but a home address can. Just a poor experience during the check in process.

The stay in the room was amazing. The bed was large and the room was perfect. We had a nice view as well. A perfect night overall.
