Our room was right behind the elevator shaft and that was all we heard all night.

Carpark next door not attached to the hotel. However, they do their best to get around this inconvenience.

Tyler on the front desk was exceptionally friendly on check in and the whole process was very smooth. All staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of space in the room as well.

Spa didn't work great. Doors were broken. Hotel needs a face lift. Rooms & hallway look old. Didn't care for the parking setup.

Location & staff. Size of location. Pool was okay. Breakfast was okay. Get the omelets. Scratch the buffet food.

toilet broke after the first use (but repair man was quick to repair it) missing towel racks in bathroom, needed to put my towel on toiler, so I can reach it after shower

Hotel had no help, had to do everything for yourself. Parking and Breakfast Not included. Had to park yourself, not connected directly to the hotel, and cost $15. Breakfast cost more than stated on Booking,com confirmation. Charged $15 each, was good, not great.

Location was close to where we wanted to be. Room was very nice, nice shower. Food was good. My wife loved her omelette and the cook that prepared it.

The carpet in the rooms needs cleaning and the paper products in the bathroom need upgrading.

The front desk employees are just as efficient and welcoming as the last time I stayed there four years ago. I can not say enough good things about the breakfast buffet. Carl's omelets are delicious and there are plenty of other choices. The location of the Hilton Scranton is ideal for exploring the city, shopping and dining. I'll be back!

Why when we book a room for 4 people do we only get three bath towels? Not the first time during our vacation but very annoying to have to go ask for a fourth one.

The parking garage was very inconvenient. Was not available as a direct access from hotel. Had to walk outside hotel and down a oneway street to get to garage. When we arrived the dropoff area in front of hotel was closed off for a Friday night party. Had to lug luggage from parking garage down the street to hotel.

Breakfast was very good. Room was spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My brother lost his daughter's comfort time and did not notice until over an hour away. They called and requested the staff to look. They were able to find it, and staff offered to overnight the item as its the only thing that helped her sleep

The parking was not that ideal. Hilton billed me an additional $60 fee on top of what I was expecting to pay. You either charge things to your room or get it back after check out. did not see this in any policy I pulled up on their site.

The thing that bothered me was when checking in they did not provide me with stamping my parking pass and giving me our free breakfast passes. We never got to utilize one of our breakfast passes and we had to pay a day for parking. The desk did take the money off but still upset we were not informed when we arrived.

The stay was overall wonderful. The only challenge for us was using the remote to access the Direct TV channels- we had trouble navigating the guide and then choosing a channel. The staff was wonderful and sent up a handyman to helps us. We were able to watch a movie given their kind support

The check in process went smoothly. The lobby was clean and inviting. We were able to unload the car undercover which was very important as it was snowing outside that evening.

The bed was too high. The mattress & pillows were not comfortable. The toilet seat was too low. No towel racks in the bathroom. The room was dark.
