The outlets were not secure as I would assume they should be. They were pretty loose when plugging in cords. No fans in the bathrooms??? Every bathroom today have fans.. The fridge seems to need to be updated too.

The so called restaraunt at the bar was terrible. The food was almost inedible, and this was the only food available for room service. Really awful. I was served a glass of diet coke with my dinner, and it tasted like clorox. I couldn't drink it. My week-long stay was VERY expensive. $35 a day for valet parking, and you HAVE to use valet parking. During my stay, half the TV channels blacked out, and there weren't many yo begin with. Wifi was slow at times.

The staff was phenomenal, the valet parking crew was awesome, the room was clean and very comfortable, and it was located close to where I needed to be. The breakfast buffet was very good, but I suggest you get your room with breakfast included, or it could get very expensive. I wish the room had a microwave.

Hotel is old and was not renovated. Front entrance door looks dilapidated and needs paint same as bathroom door. Bathtub is in poor condition. Old over the hotel looks like a 3-star hotel, not your standard Hilton hotel.

housekeeping never came to my room and they didn't even bring me towels. The parking is to expensive is should be available for free. Parking $35 per night is a lot. We park outside and pay with the app and the night is free.

The location was great, and the breakfast was convenient. The neighborhood had everything and walkable to great restaurants.

The area was so close to everything it was right in downtown it was a great area for sure even if you wanted to go to tampa still nothing was more then 30min away

I did not like that hair conditioner was all out and there were empty plastic bag on bathroom floor from previous people and not having 1 hour extended check out on 12. for the amount of charge

Maybe nowadays carpets in the rooms are not up to date. Hygiene problem... I would like it better if in the welcome email, for example, the valet parking information was correct. It says $27 plus tax. In reality it is $35 plus tax. The guests account can handle that, as a well known hotel I would not want to allow myself such inconsistencies.

Friendly reception, effective check in and check out. Valet guys friendly & professional. Gym generally well equipped. Gym mats would be ideal. Hotel is good middle class. Can be recommended from my point of view.

Unfortunately - for this price - a lot could have been better. Sadly mostly related to the plumbing ! No hot water for a shower on Saturday evening at 8 PM !! ( REALLY) The front desk said that there was a big wedding party on Saturday night . Is that really a reason? And water pressure in the sink was low - very low. Some days there was little hot water at the sink and some days the cold water was warm. Construction all over the area - and it is three blocks to the more vibrant part of downtown. I had read about the long wait for valet parking - so I just used one of the public lots a few blocks away. I put in a housekeeping request for clean towels at 8:30 AM and didn't get them 4 hours later - called to the front desk - and the head of housekeeping came to my room in 5 minutes and apologized.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Asked for a room high up and got 12th floor / great view of the water ( just past the aiport) Front desk staff were all friendly and professional.

I didn't like being charged $27 a day valet parking when I had parked my car 2 blocks away in the city parking garage to find these charges on my credit card. I've made 4 phone calls to the Hilton to resolve the charges and have them removed and the HILTON is TOO Busy to return any of my calls and make this right. Next year when our group of dozens of runners come back to St Pete we will take our business elsewhere .

The location was perfect; with resturant, shops; movie theatee all walking distance.
