Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomWhen first in line to check in a group of Southwest airline crew arrived and were given priority to check in. I have no real issue with that but certainly with being ignored while this was done, no word of apology ' sorry I need to deal with them first' for example. It did not make me or the man behind me feel valued. I did express my feelings to the clerk when he attended to me so hopefully he got the positive criticism intended.

United StatesI had to pay $15 per day to park in your own lot. Totally ridiculous!! Microwave in room and no ice machines on the floor. Only ice machine and microwave were on the second floor. For such a large hotel I would think you could do better.

Chosen due to proximity to airport. Hotel was clean and well maintained. The outdoor pool was a bonus. Bar service was friendly although hours were limited.
