I arrived with 2 kids (5 and 6) on my own. Parking across the street was a little tough. I was told to use a code but in actuality needed to use my key card. I then had to meet up with my husband later to give him a key card and pass so he could get in the gate to park too. Just lead to a lot of trips from the room to the driveway or across the street with the kids in tow.

We ate at the restaurant over Memorial day weekend and liked it so much we ended up booking a night. The server/bartender was the same both times and this was wonderful. Room was clean, common areas including the pool area needed a little touch up. Pool tiles definitely need a scrub.

The sofa in our room looked dirty and soiled. Room needed updating. Scratches on the woodwork. Curtains were torn. Sheets were low quality. Parking lot was far away and still had to pay resort fee!!

The amenities were good. Nice bar and pool area. Outside fire pit was good.

The pool was full of debris and trash. Also the tiny store they have did not open till 5 pm which was unfortunate because it is the only place to grab essentials in the hotel. Also the restaurant does not serve breakfast which we would have used every morning.

I loved the location of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like. the room has some wear and tear but that is to be expected in an older property.

Good location by the lake. A ‘pretty’ building and very American in style, which is why I chose it. Room was spacious with a kitchenette and everything you would need for a meal. Very helpful staff.

The property nothing wrong maybe just the area closes restaurants very early so if at 10pm you’re feeling hungry you will just get stuck with a Safeway store

My very first time booking and I was very impressed it was Very Clean, Cozy, Felt right at home, the pillows were super comfy! The pool was awesome, I loved how you can swim from the indoor to the outdoor pool area! it’s awesome how each floor Has its own laundry area so we don’t leave with nasty wet clothes.

We didn’t like the fact that the tub was clogged. It took me almost an hour to shower. I had to wait until the water drain. It was so gross that it made me gag. Cleaning crew should notify handyman if they notice a problem. Your handyman came to unclog. It was more than a handful of ridiculously tangled slimy hair.

We stayed here before. Location is good. The room is as expected.

Since there are no cleaning services due to COVID, it would be nice go have a broom and dust pan in the room. I borrowed one from the housekeeper, but it would be nice to have in the room, especially for families. I was walking on cheerios and food crumbs. Also, the bathroom sinks are too high for small children. I asked the front desk for a stool, but they didn't have one. We had to push a dining chair into the bathroom, so that my daughter could wash her hands on her own. A minor inconvenience, but it would be nice to have some available.

Loved having a full kitchen and that there was an affordable bar menu for food at the pool. Everything we needed was there. Easy trip with kids for a single Mom. Didn't need to leave the property unless we wanted to.

The parking across the street was slightly inconvenient. The parking lot could be better lit at night. It was a little confusing how to shuttle back and forth. It was hard to figure out what to do after a 12 hour drive. The sheets are a little pilled up Slightly uncomfortable. It had a very fragrant smell that was very strong when we first entered the room.

It was pretty quiet. The dark out shades where nice. It had a small kitchenet but I didn't use it. It had a pool and workout room. My son used the gym and liked it.

The offsite parking was a bit of a walk. The lack of a coffee shop onsite was disappointing. If the room had a Keurig it would have made up for no coffee shop.

Great resort!. Location is great. Minutes away from downtown and heavenly. The Rooms were very nice & clean, and the bar & restaurant was great. Very family-friendly and located within walking distance to the lake and some nice small shops across the street. The bar is a good spot to watch any game and the restaurant has decent food, a little pricy but not bad. The pool is indoor and outdoor and heated as well. It's fun to have a snow ball fight during the winter while swimming! We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool, and our two-bedroom suite was very nice. Kitchen was well-equipped with quality appliances, and the gentle close cabinets were nice. Facing Intermittent issues with wifi connectivity. All in all, I really do love this place and will be back many more times to come. Great place!!

They need to change the threshold to the bathroom. Someone could easily hit their toe. They have this thick piece of tile that is way too high. We had to put a towel down over the threshold so we wouldn't hit our foot on it. Definitely a safety issue.

The AC unite was loud. It sounded like a pickup truck passing by me every time it went on. Especially at night. The property owner should take this feedback seriously. It was bad.

our heater was stuck on 95° when we got there and I had to call the front desk but they sent someone right away to fix it. I did book a double queen room but got a king and a pull out couch. It was fine because it was me and my two boys.

Great location very nice place. Close to the lake and the ski resorts. Hopefully I will be able to go back with my boys in the summer.

Outdated interiors; only analog channels available on TV. Post merger with Hilton, there is a push on getting customers to attend presentations- not a big fan of this process.
