Originally when booking online, I attempted to book an "ocean front" suite. Due to that not being an option on the site I booked through, I took the closest suite to an ocean front which ended up being just an "partial ocean view" room. When sitting out on the balcony, we had to turn our heads all the way to the left just to get a peak at the ocean. Not Happy! As soon as I arrived and noticed this, I mentioned this to the front desk staff. I mentioned I originally wanted "ocean front" but site didn't have any rooms posted at the time of booking, at this time I was thinking staff would just upgrade us to an "ocean front" suite due to the fact I was having a major issue with this, but they did not! They offered me a new suite but it was going to come at an added extra price of $115 PER NIGHT! Absolutely Not! The "ocean front" suites should have been on the site from the beginning and I would have been able to book accordingly from there. Since I wasn't able to get what I wanted from the beginning, it should have just been a "free of charge" added upgrade. That was a huge disappointment and I have to count points off my rating for that issue, because I don't feel staff did everything they could have done in that moment.

Amazing hotel. Very clean & loved the layout of the place. Several different pools and we loved the onsite Tiki bar. Walked out of the hotel and right onto the beach. Perfect getaway for my birthday trip.

housekeeping was awful. we were told someone would come clean up our room on the 4th day. which I thought was strange since halfway through our 5 day trip would be ideal but accepted anyway and just asked for fresh towels for the meantime. we received towels and a bunch of linen. i kept up with our room pretty well just needed some basics. it would have been nice not to have to change the beds on my vacation. we also needed toilet paper and trash bags, our garbage was over flowing. which we didn’t get until day 5 which was then pointless. I will say the hotel is beautiful but your staff is not very friendly or welcoming.

The location was perfect. very convenient. lots of pool space and options.

The beds are not big only a full bed.. We booked a ocean front and expected both bedroom to be ocean front but only one bedroom was ocean front and the other ocean view.. The jets in the tub need cleaned..

I liked that there was an adult only pool.. Also a pool for the kids.. It was a 2 bedroom suite with a living room and kitchen..

No daily housekeeping. We tried our best to keep the sand out, but come on people, it’s a beach! We couldn’t even request housekeeping come in; finally, they gave me a broom and dust pan and I cleaned up myself. And it may be my imagination, but the room seemed smaller than average.

This is literally the first time I have ever slept in a hotel and not woke up with a sore back. Exceptionally comfortable mattress and pillows! The towels were also nice and fluffy. Staff was pleasant and the place was clean.

The only real negative was the indoor pool attendant (I didn't know the indoor pool had an attendant). Watched myself and another friend like a hawk... Three obviously grown women relaxing. Luckily other staff made up for her a**.

Tiki bar could stay open longer. Timeshare rep in the lobby could be more friendly.

Not enough employees to keep up with the guests. The children's pool got shut down twice over the weekend. There are also too many kids in the adult pool.

Love the tiki bar. It is right across from the 34th Street lifeguard. Nice location for walking, far enough away from the busyness of the shops.

The family indoor pool looked a little dirty, the water was murky. There was also no option for late checkout. No additional latch on the door so it made it easy for our toddler to open the door.

I liked the heated indoor/outdoor pools. The kids really enjoyed them even though it was a bit cold outside. The room was clean and it had a small kitchen, which was great.

We enjoyed everything from the indoor pools, and jacuzzi, the outdoor firepits everything was wonderful and greatly satisfying didn't have any complaints at all.

The location was excellent ocean view and right in the middle of multiple shops, eating places, etc. Highly recommended. Great staff, clean and spacious rooms. We had the best of both worlds ocean view and city view. Everything was in walking distance. Definitely worth booking, Definitely met our expectations.

Our room was too small, construction going on outside our balcony. The pools were too crowded for my grandkids to use. High price for room and had to pay for parking too.

Rooms need a little updating but there remodeling so next time I'm sure they will be great

The hotel is nice the room was great some minor little things some things are a little outdated but they're working on up grading the views and pools are amazing will definitely stay again soon

deck level was closed on 10 floor. the bed wasn’t comfortable for you and the coffers need to be upgraded.
