There was a little issue with holding the toilet handle down in the bathroom, and the drain cover in the shower was loose. I'm sure they didn't know until I told them about it, and I'm sure it will be fixed. There is construction noise, which is not part of the hotel. If there was not a threat of rain, I think it was a 24 operation

I was a little tired and anxious when I first arrived, but the front desk workers were friendly and helpful. Bri walked all the way to the parking lot with me to help me add the parking on my phone. The lot was very reasonable and right behind the hotel. I was given a room right on the strip/lights, I loved it. The pool on the roof and hot tub were also wonderful.

I did needed a late check out and called front office the night before and was told the latest could be 11 am but that I could call in the morning to verify the time. When I called in the morning another representative advised me I could not do late check out and would need to leave by 1030 a. I advised of what I was told the night before just to be met with an argument and once the information was verified the rep told me I could in fact check out at 11. I advised one of our parties was not feeling well and due to a storm our flight was delayed for hours. There was no coordination, communication or ACCOMODATION in that regard

The location is not bad, but there is construction all around the building, completely out of the property’s control. That makes getting around a little more difficult.

The rooms are large and very clean. The balconies were spotless as well. Twice a day I received a text message asking if there was anything needed for our room. If we had needs they were delivered to the room so we had them when we returned. The lobby is very elegant and the pool, while small and shallow, was clean, with staff always present to offer any assistance. Overall it is a very nice property with a great staff.

The first room they placed us in was like walking into an ashtray despite the fact I signed a nonsmoking room agreement. We walked right out and back to the front desk and they quickly assigned us a new room. Much better!

Location was great! The construction was a bit to navigate on foot or by vehicles.

Daily resort fee is ridiculous. Room cleanliness was lacking. The hotel premises are tired. The construction noise and having to walk around it all was annoying. Rooftop pool was crowded and is only 3 feet deep. Looooong wait for elevators. Very scattered, detail-less check-in and no luggage cart available.

Bed was super comfy. No casino= no cigarette smoke Able to have a connecting room with kitchenette for my family. Responsive staff if we needed anything. Daily texts to check in making sure we didn’t need anything. Room A/C worked well.

The main thing I disliked was outside of the control of the hotel and staff: The location and construction. While conveniently located near the strip and walking distance to the MGM and Aria, the construction work made the walking path between the strip and the hotel entrance somewhat shady and seemingly dangerous. My first night I returned to the hotel on foot after dark, I had a strange man yelling questions at me from behind the Walgreens after I turned the corner off the strip to walk to the entrance. From then on, I took an Uber straight to the door after dark.

This was the perfect pricepoint and size for what I needed for my LV trip: A place for a single person to sleep safely and comfortably. Clean room with reliable facilities, without any extra bells and whistles. If you're looking for the full resort treatment, this isn't your place but if you're in town for other things and want a decent place for a decent price, this meets those expectations.

Large room and beds were very comfortable., good gym. Kitchen with all kitchen wears is a plus. And a walking distance to everything.housekeeping keep checking on what we need and being delivered asap. Worth it and a trip to remember.

Washer and dryer were out on our floor had to go down 6 floors to do laundry. Wish the last hour for the pool was for adults only so we can enjoy peace and relaxation. Construction in front was kind of annoying but not completely horrible. Oh and the crickets that got in the room we did not ask for extra company LOL
