The elevators were broken down and were so slow . Took a very long time for the elevator to even pick us up at the 9th floor and then took forever to get to lobby since people are constantly using elevator at every floor, As their is 22 floors. We waited so long at times we ended up taking stairs. On my 3rd night/ 4th day they finally were all working again and it definitely helped speed things up ! I didn’t like the construction ruining a nice view but hey it will be nice one day.

I liked that the hotel was next to the strip in a very convenient location. CVS was a 3min walk from hotel. Target is next to it . The kitchen came in handy and the room was perfect size and the bed was huugeee ! So comfortable . The AC worked very well and lots of space for 4 girls to get ready all at once ! AC controlled in two different rooms , perfect for people with different room temperature preferences. Extra mirror ! Body mirror in closet ! Two sink counters and 2 mirrors in bathroom ! The extra stuff that comes with pullout bed is just a thin paper blanket.I suggest you ask for extra especially if you need to share . I would come back and recommend this place furshur . It a nice clean place , well maintained. Pool area peaceful and clean . Light music playing . Staff are supper nice. We found a great CHEAP breakfast place about 8-15$ a person inside Planet Hollywood , at Ocean One. It’s a 7min walk go before 11:30 breakfast ends then. Lunch specials is $6.99. Take side doors backs doors at hotels as shortcuts to get to different sides of strip without having to go all the way around .

The construction around hotel really made it inconvenient to walk to the strip and I was spoken early in the morning by construction noises.

Felt very empty and quiet, all the doors had delivery leaflets in one night and none moved the next morning. Made it feel like we were the only ones on the floor and a bit eerie. Bed was queen size, whereas many in the US are now king. Staff on the front desk were a bit rude when I lost my ID in my bag. Only took a few mins to find it and I was very polite and ensured them I had it.

The bathroom was very good, room was generally clean but sides could have been wiped better. The bed was comfortable. Valet service for the car is very efficient.

Room and facilities were feeling a bit dated. Unfortunately, there was construction taking place in the adjacent area and this resulted in some inconvenience.

The room was very well appointed and we appreciated the kitchen. Also, the bathroom was spacious!

Although the mattress is not bad, it was set on a sofa bed frame. Soundproofing is bad because there's a door as partition from the other room. We can clearly hear other people's conversation if they talk near the door. Currently there's a construction project near the hotel, so during the day there will be noises if you choose to sleep in. No self parking & valet parking is $25 per day (unlimited entrances).

The curtains in our bedroom were not total blackout curtains, we got woken up by the sun streaming in around the edges nearly everyday. The trash pickup at 5:30 am was also not my favorite, but I understand why it was at that time.

Loved the full kitchen, friendly staff, and ability to waive housekeeping for our stay. Texting was also a huge plus in terms of communication.

The room is stocked with everything you need for the kitchen and bathrooms. The location was pretty good unfortunately their was a lot of construction going on nearby.
