A rubber mat or some kind of non-slippery surface should be added to the shower floor. Dangerously slippery. Had to put a towel down on the floor, then finally asked the front desk for a rubber mat, but the mat was not really large enough. A rubber mat should be a staple in every bathroom.

Very nice property and location was good. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Would stay here again. The room was a nice size and the kitchen with all the appliances needed. Shower was excellent, except for the slippery floor. The pool and cafe were very nice. Fresh coffee and water in the lobby was also a nice touch. Daily text messages were appreciated and shows great customer service.

Stayed for 8 nights. No cleaning done. Someone came once and was asked to come back but didn’t. I had to empty my own trash. I’m a beat person and had to clean myself, should be better cleaning services

I was shocked to discover there were no elevators for us to get to third floor. There were 2 of us that have bad knees.

I did like them keep calling meeting for time shares also texting me we had to ask for towels other items like soaps garbage bags and taking the garbage down

The place was clean very comfortable thy charge resorts fee but no house keeping only once in seven days and the pool wasn’t open .

The Price the pool the clean restrooms functioning EVERYTHING just a little 2022 and a bigger tv would of just really sparked it up :) Check in was easy until they ask you go across the way and kinda unnecessary conversation when check in at 4 bedtime at 9 so didn’t like the extra trying or not upgrades or etc So I called to check out DIDNT want to get held back at front desk Check out time is a Big Ouch 10:00 and check in inleast 3pm but for what I payed I guess it was worth it :) Will come again if we don’t need that presentation at 4pm after traveling HOT Arizona you know but thank you great time for sure

Third floor room!

There was no breakfast. Room wax ok a little spending and 3rd floor!! Leave that for young clients.

the room was marginal clean, kitchen was minimal, one butter knife, no counter, no way to cook. microwave was above refrig in a cupboard. hard to get to and to use. dishwasher was very loud. even though it said masks required the front desk people did not wear masks.

The rooms are a little outdated, you don’t get that luxury hotel feel since they are condos. There wasn’t a ton of hot water. The shower eventually heated up!

The property is great with lots to do and well kept. I have stayed here before and wanted to come back.

the property is great! But through BOOKING.COM I paid $186.64 a night for a 3 night stay in what I believed was a Junior Privacy Suite to sleep 4 adults. it was a very small single room with a bed right next to a pull-couch. No PRIVACY, No bathtub. I also booked through BOOKING.COM at the same location a great 2 bedroom 2 bath condo for 4 nights at a price of $160.64 per night. What’s up with this? I talked to the Manger, he said to talk to BOOKING.COM.

The view was the parking lot and construction. The back porch has an opened wall no gate for children safety. It has no oven for baking only a microwave. Washer and dryer are only in one location and only a few.

It comes fully stocked with pans and dishes. It has a dishwasher and a big refrigerator. It has a sink and soap for dishes. There is a toaster, blender, and coffee pot with coffee. It has a dinning table and chairs. They have many activities to do every day. They have barbeque and play areas. There's a gym and activities center and galleria.

Was asked to attend a timeshare meeting at check in then got a reminder call later that night. I was not impressed.
