We could smell someone smoking weed the entire time and we were in a non smoking room.

They advertised a continental breakfast, we got instant oatmeal or pre-packaged Danish. Only coffee and that ran out. Refrigerator in room was defrosted and leaking, needed our bath towel to mop it up.

Parking is not safe and needs more lighting and updated lot. 🙄 air was wonky in the room. Seems rather low-grade updates have been done. Breakfast consisted of grab no go breakfast granola bars. Coffee was good it's just rather subpar. The office, It was not cool for workers 😑 and it was rather dark. I'm sure it helps with the heat... again, the staff was great, but the whole experience tells me not to stay there unless there are no other options. Great for on-road traveling workers!!! They don't have my standards and probably dont care if they are the cleanest environments. Some might, just not most. 😉 America's Best is this really your best!!?

Sketchy parking lot and outside needs severe updates . I have to say the front desk was staffed and impeccable service received. I was not happy with the breakfast offered desk, which suggested a restaurant nearby, which was a nice choice. 😉 overall price was good I just am wishful thing of such a prestigious hotel chain they cannot afford a few upgrades!!

There was really old food in the fridge, so I couldn’t use it. A lot of hair in the bathtub. I think if it had been cleaned more thoroughly it would have helped a lot. The sink wouldn’t fully turn off. Someone had left the window open, and since I got there in the dark, I didn’t know till the morning. It just felt sketchy.

the price was good. The bedding looked newer and cleaner than anything else.

The "breakfast" was pretty much non exsistant.

It was fine. It is older and did not have a lot to offer BUT the reviews prepared us for our stay. The staff was super nice and it was in a great location for us.

Got in late chose this place because offered full breakfast. On the road was a nice thought, Offered juices, instant oatmeal, a toaster but nothing to toast. Disappointed. Definitly older and a little run down but we slept well. over all review.

The rooms and facilities needed updating, and both our blankets had holes in them from what looked like cigarettes. The whole area smelled like smoke even though it was a smoke free facility.

Staff were very helpful and friendly when things changed unexpectedly. Close to a few food options and near the freeway so easy to get to!

We have stayed in this motel before, but as the years have gone by there hasn't been any updating. The bed in our room was VERY noisy.

rooms were very dark & creepy. not near enough lights. Hallways smelled, lamps were ripped, fridge was not cold. Not real clean. Person at front desk did say it was under new management, hopefully there will be a great improvement.

The breakfast was pretty lackluster - a few bags of muffins and a danish in a bowl. Not horrible, but nothing too exciting or worthy of praise. There was a clear, strong smell of recent smoking in our non-smoking room.

The motel was far more affordable than others in the Duluth area, where we needed to spend the evening. The room was relatively clean. The air conditioner was effective in cooling the room, but also gurgled audibly whenever in use.

Just told you, plus old mattresses!

Almost nothing, very poor TV service, breakfast ends at 9 instead of 10. We had requested ground floor and had been confirmed and none of the five rooms were on the ground floor and there is no elevator... we're all 70-75 carrying big suitcases and guitars up a flight of stairs!

Smells old and dirty. Seems to be the central for a bunch of rift raft, and people who leave their garbage all over in parking area. Grout in bathroom, definitely is developing mold in the room we were in. Things were “clean” other than updating and managing the activities happening on the premise would be good. (If this is a place people are residing it should be stated so, as then visitors would anticipate the weird traffic, and loud vehicles all hours of the night in the back of the back building. and in the pack hidden parking lot). The breakfast is also hardly a breakfast better off using fridge and microwave to feed a family for breakfast. The price was nice as this was an emergency last minute plan after a tent broke, but with low cost I still expect a clean and safe environment what it says family friendly.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. They were so flat that my husband folded up his sweatshirt to put under his to try and make it more comfortable. Neither one of us got much sleep because we tossed and turned trying to get comfortable all night long,
