    No complaints.

The location is great. It is in the center of town where we like to hang out. The room was huge and had everything we needed including a microwave and fridge. Will stay here again.

Nothing. I'm recommending this wonderful hotel to all my family and friends who come to the Black Hills area.

The breakfast was delicious, and the close proximity to everything on Old Main Street was well worth the stay in the historic hotel. Its beautifully kept with a wonderful staff!

Carpets in room should be steam cleaned.

The history. The woodwork and antiques, decor is beautiful and equal to the time Bullock would have live in Deadwood.

As soon as we arrived we had problems, the front desk lady couldn't check us in and said our card wasn't working, after trying 3 different cards and me calling my bank, I realized it was them that was having problems. After 20 min or so the other front desk lady says, are you punching the number in right. Then she pushed a couple buttons and it went through. Now fast forward to check out. After we get home we start seeing chargers on our 3 different cards we used. We call the front desk and they say we broke a TV! We never touched the TV. We never even turned it on. I tell them this and they don't care. We have ended up paying $100 for a TV that we never touched. We have disputed this with our banks and got the money back. We are very upset with the bullock hotel and manager.

    Great location. Great bartender.

The staff was friendly and quick to respond when we needed assistance, but the level of professionalism couldn't get much lower. Unless using profanity when communicating with clients has become acceptable behavior, etiquette lessons may be necessary.

Beautiful decor throughout the hotel, complimentary coffee, hot cocoa, & apple cider available 24 hours, Bully's restaurant provides delicious breakfast, private parking lot for guests right across the street

Our room was extremely hot, we could not get it to cool down. We couldn't open windows, which is understandable, seeing as we were on the 3rd floor but it was uncomfortable. The last day there was absolutely no hot water in our room. Luckily some of my other party had a room across the building and they had hot water. It was just inconvenient to have to go across the hotel to shower.

I liked how friendly the staff were. There was one gentleman, I believe the owner, who would always make my 4 yr old feel special because he remembered who she was. The morning crew were more friendly than the afternoon but never bad. The rooms were clean and big. Our bathroom had a lot of room in it.

Rooms were very small and cold. Huge opening under the door so we heard everyone talking and walking down the hallway. Had to block it with a pair of pants to keep the noise at bay.

The noise level between rooms. No sound proofing at all. The room was tiny with no amenities. Not even plastic silverware to stir a cup of coffee. The second night we were there we heard a huge fight break out in the hallway outside our room at 2:30 in the morning… several rooms were involved and several rooms from the floor above us… lots of yelling - threats - people running… it went on for around 45 minutes. The staff didn’t get involved or do anything to stop it….

Comfortable. Great location. Clean. Friendly staff. Great drink service in the casino.
