AustraliaRm 26 has no privacy if there are guests sitting on the balcony outside of Marks room , as that balcony looks directly into rm 26 balcony ..we were unable to use our own balcony or have our blinds up when there were people sitting there which happened to be most of the time … rm26 is supposed to be one of the best rooms available but it didn’t feel like that as I saw inside two other of the best rooms and they were larger rooms with a small couch and nicer artwork . I guess it’s the luck of the draw but I definitely don’t think it’s one of the best rooms .Unfortunately we couldn’t move as the resort was fully booked.
The hotel and grounds are immaculate , the rooms are very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming and professional. The food at the restaurant and by the pool is fantastic. There is a lovely pool, shuffleboard area fire pits and plenty of seating. At night the resort is lite beautifully with festoon lights and low lights in the restaurant. The breakfast is outstanding with fresh fruits and delicious yoghurt . I wish there was an expresso machine … but that’s just me being a Aussie !the lobby area is a visual delight .. artworks everywhere as do the rooms.It’s a really central location and a great place to stay, I would recommend it and would stay again if I’m in Palm Springs . The attention to detail is evident everywhere and the small things have been considered.Aaron is a standout staff member and a real asset to HH.

United StatesWe LOVED our stay at Holiday House! I couldn't believe what a high rating it had when we were looking at options, and now I completely understand. Every member of the staff is incredibly warm, welcoming, easy to interact with, and incredibly helpful. Our room had tons of space and was spotless, with beautiful and thoughtful decor (that made me want to upgrade my home decor!). The location is absolutely perfect, just a couple blocks away from all the great restaurants and bars, yet not on the "main street" so it still feels homey and relaxing. There are so many small touches, like the toiletries bag, the room service being delivered in dumpling steamers, the welcome drinks, the complimentary sunscreen by the pool... we can't wait until we can come back!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great - walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, etc. but still felt quiet and secluded. The view from the pool area was very picturesque.

United KingdomNoise, we could really clearly hear our neighbours especially in the bathroom. It wouldn't put me off staying again but was just a little disappointing.
The staff were so welcoming, attentive and helpful. The hotel is unreal, so clean and really just a gorgeous setting. The breakfast was lovely too and we loved the easy access to drinks/ice creams. We're huge dog lovers so loved meeting all the dogs staying with their owners!

AustraliaWow is all I can say. I went with my partner and two of our friends to this beautiful property right in the middle of Palm Springs, yet feels a world away. The hotel has anything you could need - breakfast, lunch or dinner to order, drinks or food to order right at the pool, a gift shop, a large pool (heated), hot tub, misters, calming music, mini-bar in the rooms, fires at night and separate cabanas (even shuffleboard!). The staff was SO friendly and helpful, always went out of their way to make sure everyone had what they needed. Dogs are also allowed which was great and such a fun addition to see. The rooms are huge and spotless, large bathrooms and beautifully decorated. The hotel is in the historic tennis district toward the mountains and with incredible views. Very quiet at night and really can't say enough nice things about staying here. It definitely feels mid-century, but with modern amenities. Would definitely stay here again - stayed 4 nights and did not want to leave!
