Really enjoyed our stay here. Super spacious room which was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. This hotel is in a great location, heaps of easy parking and the front reception staff were so helpful and friendly, thank you Linda!

THE SMELL. I have no idea what may have happened recently with this hotel, but there were fans running constantly to evacuate the air from the meeting rooms, lobby, and hallways - and they should have had them for the rooms. You could tell something was amiss in the hallway upon entering, but then once we got to the room - Oh MY! A very strong smell initially upon entering, and my wife's ear immediately plugged up. We sort of got used to it once in the room, but it certianly lingered... Our bathroom sink also clogged on several days, but only after cleaning staff was in to service the room. Some cable channels worked - no local TV or national news channels worked. And many channels had an 80's style grainy picture.

There was no staff to help with bags, which is important since there is not elevator and we were on the 2nd floor. Staff was rude, when confronted about, not having a pool, restaurant, and shuttle service, which was listed as amenities when hotel was booked.

The room was clean, but the hotel is not worth the 148.00 a night spent. No coffee in lobby and lack of staff truly an issue.

Ability to request another blanket for sleeping comfortably was quashed because it was after 5pm. No Bibles in the room. Guestroom access hallway lighting had the look and feel of a prison camp, and the front entrance of the hotel is cloaked in darkness with little or no lighting, except for car headlights.

Although they are renovating the property cleaning up the outside would be more inviting for guests. (I didn’t mind because I had no neighbors and had a quiet stay) May want to update the features on booking.com so people don’t complain

Convenient location! If you’re just traveling through, this place is a great option. If you’re fancy and need every amenity then choose somewhere else. They are still renovating the property and everything isn’t working yet. Bar is open until 8ish (meaning if no one comes they close) bed was comfortable And the staff was very pleasant/helpful.

It was expensive, and wasn't clean, and no breakfast. I'm staying at a La Quinta tonight for $100 less than your rate, very clean, and has a full breakfast. Your hotel needs some attention.

Pretty much everything. The info on your listing said, food, pool, breakfast, secured. No, No, No, No. None of the outsde doors are room card entry. No locks. walk right in. The ice machines didn't work, no restaurant or morning buffet. The pool was not working and the desk gal said the place was a 2 star place and there were no plans to fix or improve anything they were the cheapest so deal with it.That was nice to give us an extra night because of all of the things not being good. But will not stay there or recommend to anyone. Felt very disappointed and unsafe and paid way too much.

Not much, the ice from the bar was good for my cooler as long as you got it from 4-8:30ish p.m. That the bar hours.the ice machines were all not working. We did get an extra night for free.

Stains all over, uncomfortable, smelled like cigarettes, advertised with pool, no pool. Some guy yelling looking for Richard who apparently was cheating with his wife or gf. Absolutely no ice at any ice machine, a bunch of broke down mini fridges and parts/ garbage etc out side on walk way.

Overall cleanliness and upkeep. Side entry door did not shut on its own.  desk chair the room did not work and was very old and dirty.  partially full, small containers in the bathroom.  at night. It was actually hard to see the hotel name. There was no luggage cart to use

They did not provide breakfast. We did not care. We were driving through and left the hotel at 7:00am. The room was soooooo quiet, even with the road right outside our window. I know that the 2 adjacent hotels were fully booked and they would never be as quiet at your hotel.

Everything, especially the mold in the room - booking.com customer service was not helpful in resolving my problem and I was disconnected while on hold 4x.

Nothing - terrible experience staying at a hotel that’s a week from closing - probably due to lack of up keep and unhealthy conditions.
