We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe cable for the TV channels was horrible-we could not get local channels for news and weather. The desk clerk told me that the channels were there and that I just needed to scroll through all of them to find the local ones. We did that three or four times and never did find them. Also, they only give you 2 packets of sugar for your coffee which is not enough for 2 people. I asked for more sugar at the front desk and was told I would have to wait until the maid service people came in. Once they did I was given a few more packets but had to wait for them. There was no coffee station in the lobby and a limited amount of snacks and drinks that you could purchase. I just felt like this place was not really catered to customer service.

United StatesOutside and back halls leave one wondering about the quality. Rooms are still nice. Just have to remember they're renovating. Mattresses and outlet access in the non-fully renovated rooms still are a bit lacking, but the renovated are fantastic.
Going through ownership change and new management is doing a good job of renovating the facility. Not everything is renovated yet, but they are doing a good job. Staff is fantastic, especially when there is a problem.

This works as one of the few budget options in Bozeman and it serves its purpose fine. The room itself was very comfortable and quiet (facing a courtyard rather than the busy highway). We appreciated the fridge and dog-friendly policy (and with no extra charge. The courtyard was also great for dog excercise. Outside the room, the place is pretty shabby. Pool closed although partially filled with slimy water. Fitness center closed. Restaurant closed. No working ice machine on any floor or wing. As the friendly GM explained, ‘that’s why this place is so cheap.’ But again we were seeking a crash pad not the White Lotus and 3 Rivers works for that purpose. It’s also reasonably close to (but not walkable) to downtown and very close to I90 for quick escapes. The fun, stylish Cannery District (try Campagna for excellent pizza) also close by.

The breakfast was great. We needed an extra chair to sit in. The room freshener was too much scent. I accidentally discovered the plug-in and unplugged it. We had enough hot water and clean towels and such. Not enough light in the room. Had to open the curtains and stand by the window to put on make-up, where people were walking by. Loved the location and the amenities surrounding us, especially Blanca Tatanka and the outdoor brewery. ALL GREAT FOOD! Very fun! And was completely awesome to have shade for parking and a spot for my camper. THANK YOU!

United Statesi understand that 3 rivers just took over this location but the outside needed a little love. we stayed three nights and on night two. they had taken out all the trash that was outside but just showing some attention to the landscaping could be very beneficial at this location. with this staff and if the cleaning continues this location has great potential I definitely give grace as they are starting out. I appreciate the ladies at the front desk being honest and kind to us all three nights. we hope to stay here next year as well and can’t wait to see the improvements.
