Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe second floor odd numbered rooms faced out onto the roof for the first floor and all of the AC equipment and other things. The hallways were a little dreary and needed updating as did the air conditioning units. Also, there is breakfast available, but you must decide the night before and pay extra for your choices.
The beds were extremely comfortable and the noise levels were at a minimum, especially if running the AC fan continuously for white noise. Great location if visiting Monticello.

United StatesLocation was great. Room was small but well appointed. Easy, comfortable hotel atmosphere. The hotel lounge and attendant were very helpful which made it nice to relax in with a wonderful glass of wine before retiring. Close to Monticello and Michie Tavern, historical sites abound for a short or long visit. The road adjacent will lead you to where you want to travel. Thanks for a great stay. Hope to come back soon!

We had a very short stay and didn't get to use most of the amenities but the room was in great condition and the beds were comfortable. I really liked the shower and the bathroom itself was spotless. The staff was very welcoming as well.

United StatesBetter explanation of COVID room cleaning rules. We were surprised that the room was not made up every day. Used towels piled up and we did not get a full room cleaning when requested. We ran out of toilet paper on the fourth day.
The setting & interiors were up to date, modern & tasteful and felt higher end. Having a Starbucks nearby was a big plus. The mature well maintained landscape in this renovated building was a welcomed surprise.

United StatesI may be nitpicking, but I felt that the bathroom could be cleaner -- for instance there was a translucent shoe footprint left on the bathroom floor of the first room I checked in at. But on the whole it felt OK; I mean it is a hotel.
Room was relatively clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out processes were smooth. It served my needs.
