The facilities are not well installed, had a sink that's at a -20 degree angle, and the heater in the room was pretty loud. The room also wasn't that clean either, I found a knot of hair on the bedsheet and also some hair on the toilet cover. Wasn't very happy about that. The sound isolation of the room is also a notch bad. The sound of airplanes and cars can be easily heard and with the sound of the heater, I had a pretty bad sleep. This holiday inn does not meet up with the usual holiday inns that I've stayed before.

The hotel is pretty close to the airport, which is a plus to me because I was picking up somebody. The staff were really nice. Check in and check out went super smoothly and they also had plenty of parking spots near the rooms. McDonald's and Portillo's are also nearby so it's really easy to grab something to eat.

The restaurant at the hotel

The hotel was good , except the restaurant connected to it that provided breakfast service . The breakfast buffet was completely cold and overpriced . When I complained about the food being cold the employee just apologized and asked for payment . I tried to contact the restaurant managers and they refuse to call me back .

Not enough parking. The decor and rooms are outdated. All of the exits were not working. Only one elevator was working.

Only 2 things. First, the walls are very thin and I could hear the family next door from the time I got there to the time they went to sleep. Second, I couldn’t see my car from my room and the exit door closest to my room had a sign to use the main entrance making less accessibility for me.

The property was very nice and very clean. Staff was very friendly which made checking in and out super easy. The room was also nice and clean.

It wasn't located in a good part of town next to truck repair places. The furniture is dated. The breakfast buffet was poor.

When arrived they only had reservations for one room. Had to argue to get 2 room that we requested. They quote gave us a discount but not really. Check in was terrible.

The location is just too far from the airport, and the shuttle is not currently running. The taxi to (and from) the airport costs 20 to 30 dollars, even more on weekends. The carpet in the hallways is in need of removal. There are folds everywhere in the carpets. I tripped several times, and pulling luggage through the hallways was a challenge. The room was comfortable but the bathroom needed serious renovation. The door had serious water damage as did the vanity. Such a fix would be quick and easy. The restaurant only offered a $12.00 buffet, which consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, and some danishes. Coffee and orange juice were also available. Sadly, the food was tasteless. This was the only option for breakfast, and the restaurant was not open for dinner for those returning on flights after 7 PM. The restaurant must have been undergoing some repairs as there was loud drilling while we were trying to eat breakfast at 7:40 AM. There was also no available diet or sugar free soda in the hotel. If you wanted that, you needed to walk to the nearby Seven Eleven store.

The price was very good for our one night stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the air-conditioned room was truly a benefit. Having Wi-Fi and a large screen TV made our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

It’s very nice quite spot, but has 7/11 and a gas station right outside. Not too far from all the attractions. The pool was lovely though a little shallow. The room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was cold, out of a lot of things. Like orange juice, toast, syrup, and french toast. Toaster took way to long to toast the bread. We went to breakfast around 8:40.

Called the front desk 3 times to fix the mini fridge, was there for 4 days, still wasn't fixed. Couldn't bring any leftovers or have cold water. The elevator was broke, we left a housekeeping sign for 2 days and still nothing. This wasn't a bad place, just very disappointed with how my stay went.
