we scheduled the shuttle for a trip to airport, but never showed, thankfully the staff called an uber for us. that was nice.

we couldnt get any breakfast as we had to leave for airport at 6:30... i wish they would have accomodated us with some yogurt or cereal the night before to take to our room, but they said they couldn't.

The Monterey Chicken Breast portion was extremely small. All the staff there was very friendly but the bartender was lazy and inattentive. He was too busy flirting with desk clerk that was on break and watching tv. I would suggest cleaning windows throughout the hotel better or more often.

The breakfast was good, not great but good. The desk, janitorial, and shuttle staff were very nice, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel felt safer than most in that area of town.

Shuttle to airport had to get maintenance to drive us, booked because shuttle offered and then told only if driver showed up which didn't (told to call Uber or taxi, on my $) that wasn't happing so she got maintenance man which I appreciate, Don't offer services (which should always be offered that close to airport) and leave to staff to fix, since No cancelations could take place after finding out

Shuttle driver was late, despite being assured that this driver arrived early all the time.

The AC was old and learnt hard way that I had to keep temp on 64 to get 72 like cooling. TV was smart-TV but seems, it was connected to antenna and only couple of channels were available. sometimes the quality was really bad due to poor reception. The elevator wasn’t working

From the moment we opened the door, we noted a musty smell. Also we found two live cockroaches in the room. We were able to get the one but the other fled under one of the beds. And looking there to try to get it We found candy wrappers. The hotel looked old and the outside could use a cleaning.

We chose not to eat breakfast there. Location was great. Close to the PIE airport. Check in was easy and Judy was so helpful and personable. The beds were comfortable.

SINCE I HAVE RETURNED HOME, I HAVE TRIED TO FIND OUT 3 TIMES IF I LEFT THE CORD TO MY ELECTRIC TOOTH BRUSH IN MY ROOM. 1ST I WAS TOLD THEY WERE TO BUSY TO CHECK. 2ND TIME NO ANSWER. 3RD TIME WAS ASKED FOR MY PHONE NUMBER AND THEY WOULD CHECK IT OUT AND CALL ME BACK. THIS IS NOW THE 20TH & I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING. - WON'T STATY THERE AGAIN.

I think you could go a long way to improving this facility by cleaning the elevators (doors and windows). It was a shock to walk into them when the rest of the facility was so well taken care of. We ate at the Tavern for dinner and the had breakfast at the breakfast room. Each served a good meal for the price. I was disappointed that there wasn't a breakfast bar provided with our reservation.

The staff at the front desk and in the restaurants were wonderful! Friendly and vey helpful. The shuttle driver to the airport was also very friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

I was told when I called the direct line to the hotel that there was transport service to the airport. I was told it ran every hour on the hour. When I checked in they said no only from 6-11. my flight was at 4 am..I had to get a taxi...that was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. staff need to GET THEIR INFO RIGHT

we had to change rooms after our 1st night. our original room smelled very damp and mildewy. we let the staff know and they immediately let us change rooms.

beds were very comfortable, shower was nice and hot with great water pressure, and staff was very friendly. hotel and rooms were nice and clean.
