The only thing we did not like was that my son was right at the height for the slides & some lifeguards would let him get on the slide & some would not. Maybe there should be a system where they get measured at the beginning of the stay & are given a wristband or some way to identify that they are able to go on the slides with height restrictions.

All of the amenities were amazing. They added a new section with a huge inflatable water slide, trampolines & rock wall climbing. The arcade was expanded & is huge now, there are a ton of new games that are so fun. They had so many activities going on when we were there. The pools were clean and the slides were fun.

Mud dobber wasps were in our room, had a run in with 4 of them in master bed/bath. They were coming from bath exhaust fan and it was very uncomfortable having to check everywhere every time we came in the room

WiFi would not stay connected and we had to use our phone data all week. I called multiple times to link my tour package and extra days; still had trouble at check in and change of reservations, door key lockout. Was not a deal breaker, was handled nicely.

The standard rooms are small and they have no balcony which means you can’t hang pool towels or any clothing out to dry. We upgraded to the one bedroom villa and it was perfect with a large kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom etc and also come with its own washing and drying machine.

The property had everything we needed for a week away. Staff were friendly and the facilities were great! Amenities were also great so no need to bring any shower wash or shampoo etc. We shall be coming back again!

I was very hung up on the reception staff, we arrived very late, tired, the gentleman did not take our credit card that we were supposed to pay at the resort (a letter for unpaid breakfast 😞 and a problem with paying at the bar) after calling the costumer service, it was explained but.... and not adding bracelets to payments (we found out from friends) 😞

The villa had a lot of wild animal visits, especially at night. There needs to be a fence around the villas . Kids were scared.

The facility knew the phone was not working but placed us in the villa regardless. The internet router needed repair or replacement. The air conditioning unit froze up requiring us to turn off the a/c on a hot day.

They didn't supply any soap, they didn't come in to refresh anything at all. Gave one coffee and that was it. Prices on resort at the restaurants and bars were very expensive.

The staff was not very friendly. They were a little on the rude side. There were those that were exceptionally nice, but there was a handful that were not. Everything in this hotel costs money. The tubes are for the lazy river for one. You have the ones that merit the cost, but floaters is ridiculous... it's a way to get more money. Would I go again... maybe not...

The pool was great... loved the Riverside pool. The restaurants was good too, and there were plenty of amenities.

Drawn into timeshare sales talk without realising. Quite forceful sales talk but did offer vouchers which helped with quite expensive food at resort.
