I found that some of the staff / shuttle drivers were not the friendliest.

There is so much to do for the kids! The rooms are cozy and spacious.

The property is huge and we were assigned to the back of the property. So by the time you got Home after 10 hours walking at Disney it takes at least 10 more minutes to drive to your room. Also the picture you see above does not Exist that is NOT on the property. This is a timeshare you WILL be hit up for a time share at some point during your stay. There is wildlife all over the place. We are from the city and we are not used to wildlife. The animals were a little too friendly for us which made us think that people on the property must be feeding them. We also saw dead animals on the property which again happens when the humans don’t realize these are wild animals looking for food and not necessarily speeding vehicles. The rooms need updating and cleaning but this is post Covid times and I’m used to certain things no longer happening like daily cleanings.

The property was huge. 14 acres and tons of activities. There’s a Publix on the property and the Main Street outside the property has all the food and stores you will need. Close to Disney not close to Sea world or Universal.

we ordered from the pizza place. we picked up and it was not right- had to go back and then the food was not hot even the cheese on the calzone was not even fully melted.

we did not use any of the facilities as it was raining and we were off property the majority of the day. the room was nice, no complaints except would be nice to have extra blankets in the room.

Was on the upper floor and elevator was out of service. Needless to say, it was challenging with the luggage

Everything was far apart, always driving. Packed a lunch and parked at a pool for a day though. There are only a few charcoal bbqs on the property. We really missed a gas bbq! Beds were ok. Everything costs!

The river island pool complex was great. Usually enough chairs at pool time. Very well kept grounds. Kids had a blast at the slides and lazy river. Also enjoyed the pool volleyball

We loved everything!

This vacation resort was beautiful, clean, and there is so much to do! The food and drinks were amazing! We stayed in River Island which was great but we could have stayed anywhere on the resort and it would have been just as wonderful. What a great time!

I wish the closet that the washer and dryer were in was marked that it was closed with magnets, and you just had to pull to open. I tried to turn the knobs and pulled lightly because I didn't want to break anything and couldn't get it to open. I didn't find out until just before we left when my son-in-law pulled the doors a little harder that it was possible. I did have laundry that I wanted to do before we left, so that was a little disappointing.

The villa was excellent. Very clean, well-stocked and quiet.

Gated property so we felt very safe. Water area on site was a nice touch.

The accommodations were clean and spacious. The resort was conveniently close to several food and entertainment options. The check in process was simple.

Great resort with loads to do on site

Big downside was that our room had only windows to the inside of the building, no daylight and no option to open the windows. Also room smelled. Make sure you book one to the outside for daylight. We only stayed two nights and were not in the Hotel - so it worked. Bit would not recommend that type of room for longer stays. Restaurants where not charming and more in a canteen style.

Close to Disney Resorts. Very clean, complete kitchen and large appartment. Large resort with many pools and activities.
