I did not like at all that they kept calling our room to try to get us to sign up for a tour and do a timeshare thing. It was annoying and made things super awkward.

I stayed in the two bedroom villa. The villa was spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The maintenance guy was helpful and very pleasant. I would most definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel is nice I had to pay a deposit because I booked with booking.com arrived on a Friday departed on Sunday it's been a whole week and a half and still haven't received my refund. Have called the hotel a few times about the issue ask me to hold never return to phone, now I'm blocked from calling I just want my refund

Wish that the resort would have had a sit down restaurant and the market was out a lot of the items in the menu

The property location and access to the beach was great!!!!Everything at the resort was new and top grade. The rooms had everything that we needed and staff was readily available. We would definitely go back.

It could have had a restaurant on site, although there was an outdoor bar by the pool that served casual food.

The facility was brand new. It was clean and the rooms/villas were tastefully decorated and spacious. It was located right on the beach and away from all the noise, traffic, etc. in the Myrtle Beach boardwalk area.

Only complaint and was on us not to have is fixed as soon as we noticed. Our bedroom fan made a lot of noise but I'm sure it was an easy fix.

When I booked our stay and saw this was a brand new hotel I was both excited and nervous. Only nervous because I wasn't sure if we'd be walking into a construction zone but we that wasn't the case at all. All staff was nice and helpful. We met Megan who we nicknamed "Meg's" (because that's just how we are) the first day we arrived. She was the bartender at the super nice outdoor (but covered) bar. She was very friendly and being we haven't been to Myrtle Beach in years, she helped us out with all our typical "vacationing" questions we had. She not only worked the bar but walked the pool deck as well to take drink/food orders. Other employees did too but Meg's had quickly become our BFF. Everything about this hotel and property is gorgeous! The Myrtle Beach Airport is right across the street but don't let that shy you away. Planes are not constantly flying by. Plus you cannot hear anything in your room when the doors closed. 10 or of 10! We'll definitely be back!

The ice maker wasn’t working and front desk didn’t send anyone to check the issue instead I was told to buy some from the marketplace store even when I had paid amenities fee. I was yelled at to not park in front of the door when I only needed to run in and get information.

No vending machines, no where to get late night snacks or drinks. The ice machine was not working, front desk never sent a maintenance worker. Front desk complained about bringing towels to room. As I was checking out I was charged an amenity fee when most of the amenities were not available. Definitely not returning with my family.

1. Almost an hour at check in to find our reservation from booking.com. We had to get 2 managers - the managers kept disappearing. It is a new hotel they should have a manager on site until the front desk people are trained. 2. When we checked out it was another 45 minutes - I had a confirmation from booking.com that I have paid. I showed this to the "Manager" and she asked to see my bank statement to prove that I had paid. I pulled up my credit card statement. I have never been so insulted on my life. 3. The payment I made to booking included tax but the manager still made me pay the tax again. 4. My wrist band did not work at the pool for charging my lunch I had to go back to my room to get a credit card. 5. You have to get all the way into the shower to turn it on and adjust the temperature, typically you can slide the glass so you can adjust the temperature with just your arm. 6. No filters for the coffee machine. 7. No soap in the shower - soap dispenser - They said why didn't you call down stairs , like it was our fault. I explained that I was dripping wet.
